Have attempted to install mine on a Coleman br200 and both times the caliper rubs at the top. Can't figure out what the issue is to save my life
Best thing I can buy should be the first before any power mods I went thru three stock ones two mini hydraulic ones with the same small pads once I zip ties and scope rifle mounted a duel piston brake system I haven't gone thru a pad yet I'm talking over 50 mphs hundreds of miles still got plenty meat left because they're meant for bigger rotors so only time will tell

I need one of those for my massimo mb200. I'm guessing the difference between this one and the trailmaster one is the size of the fork tube clamp?
Correct! The fork tube is the biggest difference...that and spacing.
Are you guys able to take off the $15.00 tax charge when shipping to non tax state OREGON? That’s my only hold up in purchasing as shipping is already steep.
When going through the checkout process, the system will take off taxes since it'll be shipping out of Texas. Anything shipping outside of Texas will not have taxes. Happy Shopping!
Will this also work on the bt200x?
The only thing I don't understand about these brake kits is you think they would be set up to mount on the right side of the bike considering it's just helped throwing it off balance because the weight of the whole drive clutch system and chain and sprockets is already on the left side the brake should have been mounted on the right side to help balance the weight out if anything not to add more weight to one side but I guess front brakes are better than no front brakes

This kit will not work on your Rascal. The Rascal would be 'too small' for it.

What's the reason they won't work on the CT200U-EX? I thought the front forks were very similar.

The RT200 resembles the Mega Moto 212 front fork which is bigger than the CT200-EX. This kit will not fit as nicely on the CT200EX bikes but we will be working on that!

Ok so i got the kit and i have issues with breaking is not making total contact with the pad. Any help? Also didnt get the axle washers but got 3 random black nuts.

Is there a kit for the rascal non suspension front end?
As of now there is not a front brake kit for the Rascal. You will see a Premium Rascal that will be fully decked out and complete hydraulic brakes. That'll be the end of 2023 though.
Will this kit work on a Coleman CT200U-EX?
The fork diameters are a bit different, it will not fit as intended.
I wish someone would make a video on what to do when you have a runaway minibike meaning how do you fix this problem?
Ill make one. For starters, I would start up the Minibike with it pressed up against a wall.
Operational kill switch you can reach. Up against wall. Check clutch is properly disengaging.

Bolts that hold on the brake rotor are hitting the caliper. What do I do?
Never mind… got creative with spacers and it fits now. But the video was still wrong about spacers.

hi and hmm certainly a step up in terms of presenting a role model for type of people showing a 12? yr old how to work on his mini bike. Do you really think it is a good idea to be using an impact wrench? Many teenagers- 12 -20? lol dont know which way a bolt tightens or loosens-??? AND THEY KNOW NOTHING about how to set the impact wrench for the proper torque required for each different bolt size- While I am so glad you are not rap as background music I think you could have made a better choice then grandma's elevator music.Oh, that looks like a nice kit.
