What about retouch if they have blonde highlights & is grey? I need help w/ foil placement. & how do you know where to place the foils for each look that you do?

Hey. Stunning work. Does the 10 vol shift any of the base at all, I always worry it would shift it then become a bit brassy. TIA.
I thought u always need to add a N or a warm tone to when adding ash into the formula but looks amazing!!
