I wish that more personal trainers would think like this but some think you have to cut out certain things. What Tom is saying does work and I know this because of my own experience. Now meditation is something I'd like to explore more on but otherwise the other stuff I can say works. No need for all these fad diets that will only cause you to gain more than you lost after a certain amount of time.
meandmymouth not all of us view Tom's life work in your negative perspective. Tom's message is not about inventing a new health platform, but his message, for me, is about total wellbeing. Our wellbeing is a jigsaw of time management, motivation, and our self worth. Tom's young life accomplishments have inspired me to put my jigsaw together for my total wellbeing.
Lee Brace Fine as long as young people don't think that fame for fame's sake is the only way to fortune. Millions of young people grow up doing very important and useful but very boring jobs without expecting to be interviewed or photographed. Let's just get things in proportion.
You seem to have detailed knowledge of Tom's private holiday and finantial arrangements so I must naturally assume that you have a biased interest in his case. I don't think that fame is something that just happens to you without some effort of your own. There are plenty of young sports persons like him who get by without the so called commercial sponsorshipof of selling books, clothing etc. and appearing on countless TV chat shows and vblogs. More important to me are the many young people who do vital but unglamorous and boring jobs in shops, factories, hospitals etc. who will never even be acknowledged as ever having existed.
