Flashback to when Tom Daley became the youngest person to win a European #diving gold medal. The British diver topped the podium in the 10m Platform event at Eindhoven 2008, as well as his final European diving gold at Budapest 2020.

It was just unreal that a 13 year old boy from Britain would win the diving gold medal in the European Championship - It was nice to know his loving Dad was still with Tom in those years but would tragically die of cancer in 2011.

Damn I'm going to miss seeing him dive. Incredibly talented to have won the gold at that age. And to win at synchronized diving you need to superb divers who can take on the added burden of matching each other which must be a whole order of difficulty higher. And he's such a fine human being on top of it all. Modest, loving, capable. What's next? A career as an Olympic diving coach.
Rumours are, there will be a knighthood first.

Rikuto the Silver Medal Olympic was 12 when he was number 1 in Japan. In 2022 at the age of 15 he was champion of world aquatics championships and now in Paris 2024 at the age of 17 he got Silver Medal…
