Yes, that's a great example! In the song she expresses her wishes:
Ať není mi líto, tak jako teď - May I not regret it like now.
ať srdce, můj přítel vede mě vpřed. - May my heart, my friend, lead me forward.

"Ať žije Král! reminds me of a lesson from the Assimil textbook for learning Czech, which includes a discussion of where to eat and drink, and ends with one Czech man declaring "Ať žije Hospoda!"
