If you are using a 64 slice scanner. You can inject your patient at 3.5-4ml per second. Most patient 3.5 ml per second is good because of the speed of your scan. The other Technique you can use is reduce your Hounsfield (ROI) to 60. Your average patient only need 35ml/40/50ml. (sm/med/large patient). If you have a dual injector use it to your advantage.Once the scanner start scanning the rest of the contrast is wasted. Saline will reduce SVC artifact. This improve your CTA'S.
Hi sir this is Naresh. I am working as CT Radiographer . I did lower limb angio with contrast volume 120 ml flow rate : 2.5ml/sec But no contrast enhancement. Can you please tell me why I didn't get proper contrast enchancement.
Why can’t we place the premonitorijg at the carina and roi at the descending? Just curious. Also, when I do mine I place the premonitoring at the arch but the roi lower where the descending would be. Can I ask why you place the roi there? I just got hired as a student and I’m still learning. Help!
How much mSv is in a typical carotid arteries ct with contrast? And if a CT is with contrast does that mean that it's always a CT before contrast and with the contrast (doubling the radiation)?
Aslkm bhai plz once add u r voice while doing angio or any CT scan u r doing well plz add u r voice and tell along with anatomy parts witch u r doing scan jazaallaha God bless you ji in each and every thing

How come there is no lateral topo? Also, no reconstruction boxes?
This would have been a great teaching tutorial but no volume. Hopefully, you will redo will volume. Thanks for sharing!
