A fact abt biriyani: During war periods, whole meat of chickens/muttons were added in a tons of rice and served to all the soldiers for their battling power and endurance(initially it was called as ஊன் உணவு). It wasn't named biriyani initially. This recipe got later infused with other spices and named as biriyani😊
