Soya sauce 3 tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste 100 grams
Green chilli sauce 1 tablespoon
White wine vinegar 1 tablespoon
Green chilli 25
Full garlic 2 numbers
Oil
Water 1/2 cup
Corn flour slurry 2 tablespoons with 1 cup water.

sauces ellame room temperature la store pannalama sis? we are at salem and its steaming hot like hyderabad. Also half ltr soya sauce will stay for six months easily for me. native la chinna fridge. so no space right now for sauce. :(
