We Need to do the best we can do to stay away from negative energy. One thing I do is stay away from negative people since their energy is contagious.
What do I do if my mom is negative ?
@@emilybanire1050 I am in the same situation, and I feel it when I get dragged into the negative, just try to always stay positive, don't focus on her negativity.
I stopped doing energy protection for a while and I just started back up again using your meditation. I feel as if I was guided here. I'm in a household where the energy is a bit heavy but after using this my energy feels 100% different. I can breathe again. Thank you!

We all need to write in and let them know it's very very disruptive to certain videos that make up half or more of their long lasting clients and creators! Hi Eric Gloria from Mozambique. Hey this is so amazing. My whole body was vibrating and it felt so good. But at one time i felt sharp paun in my eyes especially the right eye. Then at the end when i put my hands over my eyes i saw this rich blue colour that i have never seen. So it started to come different shades of blue. Wow !!! It was so amazing. The blue colour changed to a rich purple. Can you please explain what those colours mean. Wow i am so excited. I will do it again when we get home cause now i it in a car we are travelling. Namaste
