Surprised to know following facts thro your well explained video reg.renting of apartment in Japan.
1.Banks charging only 0.35% on house loans
2.Apartment rents not enhanced yearly and remains same as fixed at the time of occupation until we vacate the apartment even if it is after 20/30 yrs.
3. No brokerage
4. Monthly rent alone Rs.1lac and utilities are extra including car parking.
5. Persons whose salary is Rs.35 lacs PA can get apartment for occupation.
FOLLOWING ARE WONDERFUL TO KNOW ABT.
Nishikasai housing complex with 36 buildings (Apartments) in Seishin Cho
2.All most 1500 Indian families are living there in ( Little India)
3.wooden floorings in apartments and bath tubs in every bathroom.

no, sir , in india housing loans available now 6.5 % onwards ,means 6.5 /12= 0.55 paise only, 8% ,means nt 8 ruppes , 8 /12= 0.67 paise, as of my knowledge,let me correct if iam wrong, dont take other.
Like you said in India home loan is available now at 6.5% onwards per year.
In Japan it's 0.45% per year, not per month.
is 15M JPY is a good salary in tokyo? how much we can save early? And is it a good salary for Technical mangers?
It is very good salary . Grab it. Anything above 10 mil yen is good salary . 15 million yen per year is 90 lakh rupees approximately. If you are careful, you may be able to save atleast 30%. Depends on how many school going children you have , because Indian international schools charge atleast 70,000 rs per kid per month. Rent 1 lakh per month. Tax and other cuttings 20 to 30% will go.

Sudheer garu, in metlife there are so many Indians working, it's a good company, you life would be fine working for it. Best thing could be come alone but take house for family , ask your family join you in a month or so
Is 5 Lakhs JPY for month is good salary to come to Osaka on deputation through Indian IT company and how much we can save? It would be great help
For a bachelor it's a good salary, if they give accomodation then you can save more. Roughly 25% of Gross salary go as tax , pension contribution, health insurance etc. What you get in hand would be remaining 75%.
If you come with family and english ( private) school school going kids in Japan,and you pay rent from your salary it is difficult to save . Bachelor rent could be 60000 yen to 80,000 yen a . month, family 100000 yen to 130000 yen a month. Non Japanese govt schools will cost 80,000 yen to 120,000 yen per kid , per month.
If you want to save come alone, share accomodation with someone. After 6 months understanding then bring family if you want.

Getting 1LDK in nishikasai is difficult , due to less supply , even if they come up they get filled very quick , rent will be around 90,000 yen roughly 54,000 rupees. If you are alone best thing is to share accommodation with someone temporary and watch-out for 1LDK, visit U.R housing and register and ask them to call you if vacant. if you come around you can come and meet me . to get in touch you may drop an email to japanwithsai@gmail.com

Utilities : power, gas, water , internet , roughly 7,000 yen per utility = 28,000 yen
School fees is a most painful least worth for money, make you bankrupt , in Indian international school ex GIIS in Nishi Kasai per kid per month 80000 to 120000 yen per kid .

Most parts of Tokyo close to sea are filled atleast 4 to 6 km and land is reclaimed. Simple example is odaiba island ( check in net) . Japan is expert on filling the sea, entire Tokyo Disneyland was sea but filled 50 years ago
