Yeah that is interesting. Interesting too that a ranked player openly shared a strat too. I would have thought those were guarded secrets.. I mean you could always watch one of their replays I guess..
As someone who loves air, I'm glad the meta has evolved towards all players making t1 air at least. But I still spam inties as air so Im slow to tech up😢

As an 1800 it is common knowledge that t2 notha rush is way more effective especially if your teammates donate their inties, all of the enemies pgens and mexes get annihilated by 2 and all this can be done way sooner

I don't think they are. I've been working quite a bit on some other video ideas trying to find info from 10-15 years ago on Supreme Commander and unfortunately a lot of the forums, replays, and data seems to be lost to time. Kind of a bummer.
i remember Unconquerable and that's an awesome old school reference lol. He was - if memory serves me - the top UEF player and as an exclusively UEF player (i can't even play the game as anyone else as i dont recognize the units/bulding except as badguys lol) i used to watch his replays constantly
Why not concentrate on torpedo bomber rush instead of strat rush, especially on Setons? It seems like practically every pro game I see has a com battle near the center of the map. Invariably, one or more players need to head for cover in the water. With torp bombers in the waiting, you could pick off a player or two very early. That's assuming the timing works out. Torps are T2, right? Can a sufficient quantity be built to take out a com early in the game?
