Why do people even crouch when hunting? Like cougars are 2 times faster then elks obviously they are gonna catch it

Because if there far away the elks can get a head start so it's easier to hide then pounce

Because if the cougar don’t crouch the elk can run and the cougar's stamina will drain and it probably will not catch
Doesn’t result in good hunts when you give your prey a head start, they have much more stamina.

She made her hunger go really low so it doesn’t look like she’s KOSING 💀

Shes not kosing anyway if she's hungry and she sees an animal she will kill it like all carnivores or omnivores
