- This video compares two Mamluk decks, one by Ian Cumpstey and the other Trzes Mamluk which I believe is currently out of print.
The Cards from the Pattern Garden by Ian Cumpstey will be available shortly, if not already, over at: www.northerndisplayers.co.uk
Someday I will have one Trzes Mamluk, it is a beautiful deck and a beautiful work of art, a piece of history
I agree. This is an exceptional publication and a glorious work of art. Thank you for watching and commenting. ~ Marilyn
I so love the Trzes Mamluk. I hope someday to find one, and afford it!
The irony is that when it was on kickstarter it was very reasonably priced, definitely under about $40 USD. Currently, I can't find any for resale, so I'm not sure how much it might be going for at the moment. Stay vigilant, check every day. That's what I do when I really want something and eventually, it always pops up! Good luck and then you for being here! ~ Marilyn
that Trzes is exquisite, for sure, but since I wouldn't ever actually work with it (even if it were again available someday), I'm thoroughly delighted by Cumpstey's beautiful deck and have ordered a copy -- thank you for sharing it! I'm learning to read playing cards so this will be another 'voice' to listen to in that style of messages from Spirit. Blessings!
The Trzes deck is exceptional, and I think it will be an amazing deck to use for cartomancy. Thank you for watching. ~ Marilyn
Thanks for this video ❤
My pleasure 😊
the one i've been waiting for ❤ i really hope the Topkapi deck will be reprinted at one point or another 😢
I think the Trzes was a pretty close rendition. I've tried to find any that were being sold used, but I couldn't find a single one. Odd. I hope you enjoy this video. The smaller deck by Ian has its charms, is easy to digest, and is nice and petite. Thank you for watching. ~ Marilyn
I don't like this kind of decks...
Not every deck is everyone's cup of tea. What is it that you don't like about these decks? The colors are bright and the patterns are elaborate. I'm not sure how easy it would be to play games with these decks, but that's probably because I'm not accustomed to them. But I love gazing at them. Thank you for watching and commenting nonetheless. ~ Marilyn
