Gundam Evolution - Gundams Meet OVERWATCH??

- Overwatch is my favorite video game. Gunpla is my favorite hobby. I never would have guess that these two would ever have some similarities--until today! Bandai just announced the Gundam Evolution game with a trailer that you can find a link to below. So far, it looks pretty promising, with some familiar elements and, of course, even more familiar mobile suits.
Let me know what your thoughts on this game are so far!

the only thing for the RX-78-2 that i can think of for the ultimate is rocket pod on the beam rifle which was used by the RX-78-2 i cant tell you which episode but it was rarely used .
Hmm, might have to do some research to figure this one out. The only other thing I would think is the head Vulcans maybe?? Or actually, the shoulder mounted Gatling gun (like on HG Origin kit) now that I think about it…

You know that two of my biggest loves are Gundam and Overwatch, so of course this trailer got me hype!
Not really what I was expecting
Zeta gundam is my favorite but the outdated animation might drive some people away
Kinda bummed to be honest. I'd much rather have a tactical RPG similar to Final Fantasy Tactics that would use the various mobile suits.
That's fair! I've tried out Generations Crossrays, but the chibi-characters aren't really my cup of tea. This game is the "e-sports game" they promised us, hopefully that doesn't mean they haven't been working on anything else!
Lucky you! Super Robot Wars is finally getting a western release on Steam! A turn-based tactical game featuring Mecha not only from Gundam, but other shows like Mazinger, Getter Robo, L-Gaim, and more!

I just hope it's better then the one they've got out now. The controls are clunky af and slow
