Masala Cheese Bread Omlate ingredients:-
4no eggs
1 onion chop
1 tomato chop
1 tsp chop green chilli
salt to taste
chop coriander
2 no bread
1 tsp oil/butter
2 cheese slices
ingredients for egg sandwich
2 no brown bread
2 eggs
salt to taste
black pepper crush
2-3 cube butter

Nice job Chef , aap ne jo omelette banaya hai , its well done , yaani , its hard , chewy Indian style but omelette duniya mein , rare, ya medium rare, little bit runny prefer karte hain , it melts in your mouth , not chewy , aur yeh dhi mi aanch pe banta hai , making omelette is an art ! Aap ki tarah ek aur mahir chef Jacques Pepin, french style omelette , bhi u-tube pe hain .

Bro jab aap non sticky pan use kar rahe ho to oil daal kar phir garam karke extra oil ko nikalne ki jarurat nahi hoti just pan ko heat karke usme oil brusing karo itne me aapka pan cooking ke liye ready ho jata hai.
Baki cheese amlatte wala sandvich achha banaya hai. Ek tip hai next time amlatte banate hue. Amlatte ke andar cheese ke sath boiled eggs ko chopped karke green chilli sauce or tomato sauce dono me deep karke uss boiled egg ke pieces ko as a filling use karna trust me sandvich ka flavour or bhi jada badh jayega.
