I will go for Nios bcoz at this price it gives all practical features but swift is more expensive but not feature rich

I had a MARUTI SUZUKI ALTO VXI AMT 2016 MODEL till September 2023, full 7 year and 4 months.
.
Unlike bigger Maruti cars this is more prone to vibrations because of thinner sheet metal.
.
But not once in those years it ever rattled because.....
It was driven only by one person
It was always serviced at maruti service centre
It was driven politely.
It's doors were politely shut
It was self washed mostly
It was slowed in poor roads, bumps and traffic

So handle cars like your babies... Not like how you handle your wife on the cot in the dark night.... Next day seeing bruises on her nostrils.

People like you force the carrots inside her 👃 nostrils because, one is not mature and thus does not know how to handle things in proper ways.

Then they will snatch someone's mobile and go gaga gaga gaga over chat window complaining like a baby.

Mind you.... After running those years my car last city mileage was 18.5kmpl and highway 19.5 kmpl. I always trackes on an excel with formula.

I have experienced both in my opinion nios is more comfortable than swift .in swift you can't feel light mooded due to its infrastructure

Swift Vxi price is 8.58lakh on road without camera touch screen without cruise control and automatic climate control

Driven 5000 kms so far i10nios 2023 sportz Purchased in Gandhinagar Gujarat, Got total discount of 88,000 Gallops Hyundai Ahmedabad. On road price including 10,000 accessories was 7.5 Lakhs
So far my impressions.
Pros
AC works well
Infotainment system at this price point is the best
Cruise control a feature that would be used mostly on highways tpms is useful
Milege for 5000 kms showed 16
On Ahmedabad-Vadodra highway i have got max 22-23 kmpl on a 100 km strech
Apart from that went on a 800 kms trip with mixed road because of google maps which took me to different routes got 18kmpl on that trip in city on full ac and rash driving 14-17 kmpl based on driving.
Cons
On my long trip i realized that on big speed breakers and bumps and bad roads compared to swift baleno and punch i know punch is a different segment somewhere the frame build has some thud sound not the best feeling i would say
Otherwise the car is very smooth and perfect for city with good roads not ideal for long drives with bad roads.
Look for other options like exter, punch if budget is not an issue.

The new facelift Nios and the previous gen which is slightly been in older side I mean to say the older one has got the chamber of fog light which is one step ahead as compare with the facelift second the new facelift has got the cruise control along with the tyre inflator informative system on the dash third if you look at the rear the reflector has got a long border line arch which is 30 mm length and only this is the only biggest criteria which differs from its older siblings 🌹rest all same
One of the Best Rival Cars jodi From 2007 i10 and Swift i have first generation 2010 model Hyundai i10 it is still good than today's maruti suzuki cars
10 is not swift competitor, its wagonr's. Grand i10 and swift belong to a slightly different segment. Swift is bigger in dimension than nios in every aspect.
You forgot to mention that we can extend nios warranty upto 7 years.

I think your acceleration figures may be off ... how can a 40-100 kmph figure be higher than 0-100 figure? Other than that, great review & comparison 👍
They are correct. The 40-100kmph test is done in 4th gear. Because of the taller gear, the acceleration is naturally slower than 0-100, which is usually concluded early in the 3rd gear. That is why it shows the real-world acceleration.

How's Nios for occasional highway and long drive?
As long as you stick between 70-100kmph, you should be okay. Overtaking will need planning, you’ll feel a lack of power. Similarly on inclines with full load.

Its a fantastic car better than swift any given day, have driven both. City bumper to bumper 13-15, Highway with cruise control set to 80, 22-23 KMPL. Take test drives of both the car before purchasing and you will understand what i am talking about. The reviewer of this video is slightly biased towards swift.

@@technotemper Bumper to bumper 12-13 assuming the entire road is not bumper to bumper. Highway with cruise control set to 80: 22-23 KMPL. This is for NIOS. Swift does not even come close when it comes to the plushness of the vehicle. Take test drives of both the cars before taking any decision. The swift review here is biased to a certain degree. Even a Thar 4X4 could not match up to a NIOS in a drag race.
If you like nios and if you calculate how much is the price difference between two cars .. and use that money to fill a fule you won't regret buying nios !

I have had ownership of both new swift 2022 and grand i10 nios 2023 .. agree with most of the things said in this video ... build quality of new swift is not so good older versions were far better ... current new version of nios has better build quality than new swift ... swift got hit by a battery rickshaw and the whole side panel went in like a crumpled tissue ... nios got hit in back by mahindra bolero ..only a tiny small dent the sheet held firm .. not even a small depression in sheet . ... but yes pickup of swift is better than nios

Swift : 17-19 kmpl, I10 : 13-15 kmpl.
Highway mileage
Swift : 19-21 kmpl, I10 : 18-20 kmpl.😊
As per thumb rule, Maruti gives best mileage, Tata gives best safety rating along with robust structure wheres Hyundai is a compromise between the two along with a comfortable ride experience.

But again you yourself admitting that highway mileage is almost similar. Please don't forget that i10 NIOS is E20 compatible meaning 10 % cheaper fuel with 5% lower mileage giving an overall 5% advantage on fuel economy or in short 1 km / litre of fuel extra mileage than the given data. I think that I have made my point clear. About city driving mileage , an comprehensive study will only give a clearer picture. However mileage is one aspect and important for people with high daily usage. People using car occasionally, mileage may not be a very critical issue but for some riding comfort may be more important. Ons should not forget that i10 NIOS has gas filled Shock Absorbers.
