Hi Axalcom Lu It is very common on this units for the servo bores on the case to wear out. There are some after markets tools that can allow you to ream the bore and install new bushings
Great video, but I'd like to see the hook up for the Verus. Are you using a pressure transducer? And which pressure port are you connected to on the transmission?
I have a 2002 Ford Explorer and the forward gears stopped it will go in reverse fine took the transmission out and found out the rear vent hose on top has a hole in it would case any problems with the going in forward gears or the Shift solenoid ?
Hi sir i have problem at my 5r55w trans no 2 and 3 gear, i have change new solenoid pack,new friction plate, over drive servo and intermediate servo and all seal but my trans always no 2 and 3 gear ? OD ligh is on and the dtc is P0733 incorretc gear 3! how to fix it
Hello, I have a question, I have a 02 Mountaineer 4.6L, transmission take long to shift to 2 and 3rd, after that is all good, O/D light flashes and check transmission messages come on scanned and has a code P0745, changed filters and fluid also cleaned solenoid pack(didn't tested) all stay the same, I can drive manually taking off from 2nd then 3rd than D , no problem, I can go short distances(never tested long distance) now here is the fun part....if I take off from D let off the gas and shift to second gas up and let go to shift to 3rd after that takes off ok until it doesn't engage on any speed, a can press on the gas the truck lose all gears don't even engage when I manually move it 2nd or 3rd,,,, I'll do a complete stop , turn off the suv crancked back on and I have all the gears, I can drive manually moving the gears, seems like by tuning the car off and on it resets something... can you give an advice thanks
