Summer is a struggle for me too. I was outside for a total of 30 minutes the other day running errands. And i felt so drained after. Even after guzzling water i still got a headache and needed a nap. But you may be right ,going in and out of the car and stores and in the hot sun maybe be too much of a shock to our system
