OCDeconstruct Conference: About Picking Me Foundation

OCDeconstruct is a digital OCD Conference designed take Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) apart. The goal is to give those with OCD, and their loved ones, the information needed to understand key concepts so they can get a productive start on therapy and recovery.
As part of this #OCDCon, key resources in the OCD Community were interviewed including Lauren McKeaney, founder of Picking Me Foundation. A donor-supported nonprofit dedicated to encouraging individuals to choose themselves over #SkinPicking.
