You want a stylish design like this using all the lot area with a roof deck. THAT's how to keep costs down. Placed closely beside other houses with staggered window placement for privacy and lots of natural light. If they all were the same height you could have excellent privacy on your deck as well with a peripheral wall that wouldn't even have to be very tall. Privacy feels nice on a roof deck.
Placed in the right spot with an added pool, spa, and sauna. This would be a great home resort. Just completed a 100 square steel home on a small island off the Australian, but while we're happy , with our home ,we are recommending this plan to a friend who wants to build on the same island. In my country, the furniture from the outside would be stolen and maybe also the furniture from the inside, since that house has zero privacy and the same security. As a recommendation, I would put some skylights or small windows in the bathroom and the laundry room to use daylight and not have to depend on electric light in those rooms. I would also decorate the back with plants and combine the back wall with some other type of material since in this render it looks quite boring and flat.

So I go to your website and you offer floor plans, not blueprints for sale. How do you come up with the cost you put in your thumbnails? Do you actually sell blueprints? Prices of floor plans are in euros so are the floor plans/blueprints metric or imperial? Do they conform to International Building Codes or your local code? Nice designs, slick presentation but I have questions.
No way will you get it built in anything close to a neighborhood pictured. You are looking at a dying small town eager for ANYONE to come and increase the tax base. Get real.
To put this into a livable city pictured will run at LEAST $150 by the time the dust has settled. More likely, you will spend five years looking for some place to build it. You will end up WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY out in the sticks in a dying/dead town with an 80 mile commute to some sort of job. This is fantasy. Maybe in the next life.

The only thing that puts me off about these houses is lack of privacy with the huge windows, it would be perfect somewhere where no one can just look in at you
Hello. we use privacy glass here. At night, the window film will block about 95% of the light to give you a high level of privacy. During daylight hours, any ambient light will reflect the mirror film's surface, making it impossible to see inside. Yet, at the same time, you will be able to see outside. Thanks for your comment.
