Quick question for you. I just got done watching your video with the toyota avalon and you had a carplay toolkit and changed out the screen i think? Cant remember much but i wanted to ask if i can switch the toyota avalon screen with a honda civic screen as long as the dimensions are the same?
You won’t be able to switch the Avalon screen with a screen from a Honda Civic. The connectors behind the radio won’t fit and the dash/brackets won’t fit

Awesome video question i have a 2015 ls 460 Fsport my screen is starting to blank out I recently purchased a screen from a 2016 ls460 will i be able to install this device in my 2015 with the 2016 screen or will the screen have to be programmed from the dealer
You’ll need to match the 2016 screen with a 2016 radio.

Question for you guys when you install these on a Lexus vehicle right? Do you have to switch to the Apple CarPlay every single time or when you turn on the car, it automatically goes to the Apple CarPlay. Another question is how do the back up camera work when these are installed, does it work just like normal or is there a delay or do you have to go back to the original interface to use the back up camera. (2017 Lexus RCF)
At the moment you have to long press the map button to switch the screen to carplay. Soon, we will release a firmware which switches the screen automatically when your phone connects to carplay. Backup camera works with zero delay when in carplay model. It works like factory

i had a shop install carplay in my 14 ls460 and not happy with sound lost. i usually play my music around 40, and now im playing it on max at 60. will i experience sound lost with your kit?
You won’t lose the loss of audio volume with our kit as we use the factory Bluetooth audio source for sound

@@BeatSonicUS Ok, so the S-connect is a different system than the older mirroring system. That makes sense. Was trying to figure out the difference or if they were the same. The Nav/DVD bypass can be added to the S connect? Looks like it can be, just making sure. Guess I better start saving up. Thanks. Maybe not.

We have it for the 2013 but not for 2007-2012 at the moment
