Finally!!!! Mr. Fraser has been the golden thread that weaves the tapestry of my life, and my children's lives. I play the Piano and Drums. My daughter plays the Piano, Guitar, and Violin. My son plays the Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Piano, Clarinet, Alto, Soprano, and Tenor Sax and it's because of how much I love listening to Mr. Fraser and music on a whole. We will meet him one day.💛💛💛💛

@@truthman6550 what they all have in common, they actually play instruments, nothing wrong with having someone build riddims for you, but that authentic musical ear goes a far way in unearthing naturally great sounding music

Teach, this is an excellent find. Dean's reach in the business is very very deep: he is much more than a talented saxophonist. From we were yutes in the 70's, we knew of Fraser: need to hear his story.
I do not think there is a reggae riddim that comes out of Ja, that Mr Dean Fraser has not contributed to! More than a legend, a cornerstone of reggae music

Another Classic Interview. Living Legend Dean Frasier…blessed to be able to hear about his journey. One of my favorite musicians (‘cause him work with all of the best in Reggae Music). Him along with Sly & Robbie…dem man yah mek music that feeds the soul. We’re truly blessed to have Dean Fraser as part of our rich music history.
Dean Frazer is a legend to all parts of our music. I was blessed to have 3 songs in my early music career, done at Channel One, that had his legendary horns in it. Long life and Blessings Mr Dean Frazer always a Legend to me.

I so love to watch this and these Interviews, for the history of our cultural music, and the artists. Teach them, you yourself has now become a legend. Watching some of these interviews is purely emotional and with a sense of pride.

Shall I say the Dean Fraser interview is one of the best and most revealing. Here is a man who has been a corner stone/pillar of Jamaican music-an unsung hero of sort. Still yet, we knew little about his achievements. And as great as he is, there were greater men than he and nobody know those people existed. Jamaica needs a musium to preserve its music and its Avant-garde. I knew Dean Fraser since the eighties. But I hardly knew he was this accomplished. This interview is a teaching moment for me.
