actually Fly, Hard Carry & Never Ever are connected which are from their Flight Log : Trilogy albums (Departure, Turbulence & Arrival) , You Are is the first Title Track that was done by Jay B it is such a wonderful song that always has a spot on each ahgases heart.

GOT7 always participated in writing and choreographing but the You Are era is where they really took more creative control in their sound, so you’ll begin to hear more RnB vibes from 7 for 7 album onwards, particularly in the b-sides. I can’t wait til you get to the b-sides of the albums because that’s where they really shine!! 🤩💚(I know it doesn’t make sense but JYPE never chose title tracks that best represented GOT7 while they were in the company. They had a certain image they wanted GOT7 to portray which the group long outgrew.)
Fly, Hard Carry & Nevet Ever are part of Trilogy. Flight Log: Departure, Turbelance & Arrival. If you have a chance to watch the teaser even in your own time you'll gotta know the story. There's also a Theory Video of what might happen to that Trilogy. I guarantee you that it's a good one.

Teenager is the first time more people realized how a JAYB song with Jackson on the chorus is absolute genius. This was underlined by the way Page blew up in 2019
also like in the You Are M/V they actually had made heptagon-forming friendship necklaces that they each designed themselves! it's really the sweetest thing! JAY B recently wore it during their fancon and during the whole NANANA promotions!

As far as slower songs go, you can try Miracle, 1 degree, Confession song, Let me (both normal version and switch part); Sick, Prove it, Remember you, I won’t let you go, Thank you

And also definitely JJ Project and some of Jus2 songs ✨
A lil trivia that people probably forgot lol, got7 have a subunit called Jus2 and another one called JJP. Both units got their own EPs if you're interested to check them out!! Personally I'd recommend you JJP's ballad "tomorrow, today" (and their whole EP verse 2 tbh 😅), but that's just my bias talking hahaha...
Edit: 11:45 yea it's connected. The order goes fly MV, high carry MV, and never ever MV. Also you need to watch each of the flight log series trailers (departure, turbulence, arrival) first. The context of the fly MV was in flight log: departure trailer btw :))

Hey RJ! Love your reactions to GOT7! :) Here are some answers to the questions you have been asking in the videos:
- Fly is part of a trilogy storyline with Hard Carry and Never Ever but to really understand it you would have to watch the videos + the trailers to those songs/albums in order.
- There are often birds in GOT7 videos because that is the name of their fandom - ahgases - which means small/baby bird in Korean.
- You seem to really enjoy a lot of the songs written/composed by Jay B like Teenager, Look, You Calling My Name, Last Piece, NaNaNa and now You Are. And yes, they often have Jackson in the chorus! eheh
GOT7 always has this unexpected twist in their work, and they're sly about it too lol. That's why a lot of us can't get enough of them 💚
GOT7's slow songs (that I know of) are Miracle, Take Me to You and Moon You. I think you've seen clips of '1.31 am' sung by JayB and Youngjae...? Powerful ballad.

"You Are, Teenager, NANANA, Eclipse', were composed by Jay B as were 'Page, Thursday, Pray, Prove It, Q, Everyday, Something Good, Fish, Home Run' etc. He and all the members are very active songwriters on GOT7's albums. Actually the holy trinity of GOT7 songs are Page, Thursday and Teenager, all written and produced by Jay B and are best known for being the most got7 songs of got7 💚
for some slower songs i would highly recommend you check out their GOT the Stage videos for Prove It, Sick, Sign, and Moon U 💚
NANANA and Teenager are so good and both songs are done by JayB, also "You Are", but that one is more like emotional and pretty, also was my first comeback with them and it's really special
If you're looking g for a slow song, I reccomend Moon You, it's so chill and such a good song. Also Jaebeom has a song called Sunrise, he sings it by himself but you should check that out.
You have heard NANANA, Teenager, now you gotta see Page. The holy trinity of Im Jaebeom's masterpiece with Jackson owning the chorus because why the hell not.

You Are is also like a cleaning song, when I listen to it, my pores just disappears, and everything feels so clear and alive. They also have those kinds of necklaces in real life but instead of "7" the design has their symbols of individuality and when put together, they have that kind of shape at the end. Mark have it made for them :3 cute right.
For slower songs, you should check out Miracle, and a looooot of B-sides!!!

Jay B wrote Teenager and also NANANA. Teenager came out 2017 on the 7 for 7 album with You Are also. Again Jay B wrote You Are.
FLY was a huge hit. The next song/MV after If You Do to wins on music shows. FLY era was amazing. It came out 2016. They also went on their First Concert Tour including the US. They did a fan meeting tour the year before. FLY was HUGE!
for slower songs, i recommended watching their live performances for face, let me, love you better, 1 degree, see the light, and young forever just name a few also for let me there’s a version where the members switch parts it’s nice to see the rap line sing
"You Are" has been my ringtone every since it came out. And I belive the whole album "7 for 7" was written by them

Wait until you get into got7 Japanese discography. Jackson isn’t in much of it because he started focusing half of his time for Team Wang but Got7 Japanese songs are definitely slept on (in my opinion).

GOT7 fanbase is known as Ahgase and I believe that translates to little bird and that's why the merch and concert glow torches are in the shape of little green bird's 🦜💚 someone with a deeper understanding may want to clarify this for you but thought you may find it interesting as it's a bit of a theme you have noticed 🌴💚
If you want to see the softer side of Got7, you definetely need to listen to their ballads like Miracle, Thank you and Love you better ( they made live versions of TY and LYB on their former CZcams channel). Ballads really showcase each member vocals.

Many people have already said it but Fly is part of a trilogy… Fly, Hard Carry, and Never Ever. There are trailers and there was an explanation video that wrapped everything up, but it appears to no longer be on CZcams.
Miracle is the only “slow” title track Got7 has. You will find most of their slower songs as their b-sides. Slower songs I recommend are: 1 degree*, Remember You*,To Star, Everyday, Take Me To You*, Love You Better*, Two, Don’t Leave Me Alone, Forever Younger*, Sign*, Prove It*, and Moonlight.
*These videos have some sort of performance that I know of.
I honestly hope you do album reactions one day because I think you’ll be even more surprised and appreciative of their music!

Right now you are breaking through the surface of G7’s actual sound. There is a huge difference between the music sound that they produce and write for themselves verses the music their ex-producer wrote for them.

No you're right. As a new fan, I actually thought JAYB and Youngjae were siblings, until I saw their different surnames.
The flight log trilogy trailers and theory next please. Fly, Hard Carry and Never Ever are connected. The original video seems to have been made private but if possible, can you react to other reactors reacting to that video. It's possibly one of the best explanations of the trilogy out there.
