Cool car, love the mossy finish 👌 Runs good considering the mods and the age. Wish I would've been able to run my 83 gt on slicks, I only ever ran it on all season radials. Basic mods,95 roller block, junk parts, 4.10s. It would consistently hit 105 to 108 mph at Sparta (St Thomas ) Raceway. I only ever got a best of 13.38. You're doing good for racing with the brakes stuck on 😂
No telling if that caliper was maybe holding a lil on the previous runs , hopefully you can get it fixed and tweak on it and comeback and knock out a 12.5 that would be cool 😁 I do believe the car has lots more in it, just gotta figure out where its at, might get rid of more rat 🐀 weight and gain a tenth 🤣 those varmints are weighing it down 😅
@@AlteredStangs yeah hopefully they're gone, I know if one jumped up in my lap while making a pass I'd probably end up barrel rolling the car the rest of the way down the track 🤣😂 It or me would have to go 🤣, but yeah I feel like if u tweak a lil on it and swap out a few more parts that you haven't done yet, that its gonna pick up more, like Tussin does and somehow he keeps going faster and faster. Your 60' is pretty good or better than I thought it would do. I don't know the whole combination but 60s pretty good I think for almost stock. Can't wait for the next track day ,
Yep no mice in the car on race day. Lol. I’m gonna have to put the cat in there. Just kidding. I plan to put a race bucket in it and hopefully an electric water pump drive. I’m finally having fun again. Lol. Thanks beans!
