    Hi there! Thanks so much for the video - just one thing; the anatomical snuffbox is more proximal and lateral than the area you are palpating in this video - between the tendons of the extensor pollicis brevis and extensor pollicis longus, which can be better visualised with full finger extension + abduction :)

    Hi great video, but did you forget to inspect the nail for changes though?

      Yes looking for nail changes is important, that wasn’t labelled in the video but in reality you do this throughout the assessment. In particular nail signs of psoriasis could be highly relevant in the context of an inflammatory arthritis.

      It says inspect for skin and nail changes right at the beginning during inspection of the hands.

      The examiner was checking dexterity of the fingers and thumb needed for ADLs such as buttoning shirts and picking up small objects like coins, ballpens, or pins.

    Inspect, elbows, temp, pulses, bulk, thickening slide, sensation, jt squeeze, feel every jt, palpate wrists/snuffbox, feel elbows, fist TKD, pray, upsidedown pray, wirst up/down, finger power, squeeze/pinch my fingers, coin, tap wrist tinel, upsidedown pray for 1min phalen
