I love how the information is presented here. To add to the tip about waiting a year I would also not do everything too quickly. It's perfectly ok to not have your apartment fully furnished with decorative items and it's ok to spend time inside and not go out. It takes time to learn a city and feel comfortable with it and if you rush it by doing too much in first days there you will just get worn out and frustrated.

My problem is that everyone knows me in current city and peoples face is very negative towards me. Sometimes i think to stay at home just to ignore this negativity whats happens to me when i go out. Then i have toxic family members which are controll freaks and their friends also is controlling me. People putting me down for no reason, sometimes i feel i would like to go and kick someone's ass. They care too much about my life and if i laugh they looks me like im a psychopath or something. I'm single man and they use that to manipulate and controll me. Big anxiety when i go out!
Sounds like starting over somewhere else might help
@@TheLifeFormulaa Even changing city wouldn't help much since i have become paranoid since they can know me there as well, as it is very small country!
@@victory9015 dude, my country has a population of 2.5mill, Namibia in Southern Afrika, theres only 2holiday towns that the whole country goes to for December holidays. If you want a small getaway that coastal towns are your only getaways unless you visiting a wildlife resort or something in other parts of the country or you go back to your family home somewhere in the country. It is not the people around you but you yourself that have a limited mindset. If your open to it I would suggest looking up Reverend Ike here on youtube. He teaches mind-science using the bible.

Hi I hope you don’t mind me talking about my situation well basically I live in Huddersfield a town in England and then basically my mum has put me my sister brother and father under strict house arrest we are not allowed to go places without her not even allowed to go on holiday the problem is my cousins go places and me and my siblings don’t and then basically what happened was back in 2018 when my family had money and my cousins family didn’t we were not allowed to go on holiday which made me depressed then 2019 same thing made me depressed then in 2020 covid happened and our flight was cancelled because of it this made me depressed then 2021 they said oh we don’t want to risk it then in 2022 they say we don’t have money and it is basically me vs my family and it has been so bad my mental health you don’t understand what I am going through the fact that I have been under house arrest since I was born and now I am 19 I am just so sad each year is getting worse and worse my life my education the environment around me I don’t know what to do I am personally thinking about next year leaving Huddersfield and possibly go abroad for my uni possibly most likely option USA L.A. I want to get far away from Huddersfield and start a new fresh life and finally be free get a few day jobs still in education and just finally being happy even today I have been crying so much my mum promised me this year she would take me on holiday oh and by the way she insulted me she does not understand how much hard work I put in the my education unfortunately I will keep getting bad grades due to my poor health and due to acne all over my face and my family started insulting me and they have done this since I was little I am mentally not in a good environment and I think I need to leave Huddersfield and go far away possibly even leave England to another country to start a new life and L.A. is the better option because I want to be in a nice and sunny weather a long side I want to be in the performing arts do you think I am wrong I hope you don’t mind me talking about my reason thanks
