So, a few details I found:
Daisy, Bunzo, and PJ were all around the mask in the thumbnail, which were chapter 2 enemies(Daisy was supposed to be in Bunzo's place, but was demoted to a trophy)
And in the teaser we pass the bosses, in order, how they died.
Huggy: Laying flat, gone splat.
Mommy: Cut in half at the waist.
The last one is THE HEAD OF BRON, so Chapter 3's boss will be Bron, and we'll decapitate him.
I saw that, but didn't think anything of Bron's head.
Also, remember how he was a puzzle feature in a section of the first chapter (I don't remember where, but you had to move him to get on a platform of sorts)? I think that might've been foreshadowing by the devs (and story team if that's a thing), like how green and yellow hand prints were scattered around the areas you have to grab onto (the box we use to reck Huggy is a prime example).

i believe shes getting held for something special and big. she seems to be tiny so maybe there wont be one daisy but an entire army and it might be that all the orphans got turned into daisies and some other ones are turned into baby toys
What I think is both Daisy and bron will be the chapter 3 main enemies because if you think about it, we had only 1 main antagonist besides probably poppy in both chapter 1 and 2, having 2 enemies however will really keep the player on their toes, plus the idea of 2 enemies in 1 chapter has to be 1 of the most extreme but exciting idea, For Bron I think we have to decapitate him like you said and as for Daisy we have to tear her apart somehow, so yea I guess every chapter will be the player murdering each main antagonist besides poppy (again) at the end of each chapter lol XD
Has anyone ever noticed, in the trailer, when Elliot mentions a “monster in the closet”, the gas mask fully comes into view? Could this be hinting at a mechanic?

Theory: he said he wanted to make children smile...so he became a toy...but....it didn't end out like he wanted....and he became the prototype
The only thing that freaked me out throughout this entire thing is the mask and the screams of the children, which means something bad must have happened in that area where we crashed landed in chapter 2 it was very creepy at least, but hopefully we could find out what happened to the said employees and children.
They could have been or most killed from gas or everyone where the kids where died from gas.
Maybe it was for their experiments? Like there could've been something to toxic to breathe in during experimentation?

Something bad happened EVERYWHERE in this damn factory. Human experiments (mainly on children no less) going awry and many escaped and went out of control killing who knows how many of the other people who were still around. The funny thing is... they still haven't given any backstory on who the player character is or why the hell they're actually bothering to be there in the first place. At least Joey Drew seemingly tricked Henry into going back to the studio. This one? Whoever it is got a letter from hell knows who and for reasons unknown went there alone.
The thing that freak me out is that its coming in 2023
The gas mask could possibly be an key gameplay element and the area were entering might have poisonous gas and maybe we might get an full encounter with the prototype
Yeah, that’s what I thought too. I noticed the gas mask has the same color palette as the player (yellow for the body of the player, red and blue for the grabpack hands) but hopefully we’ll find the real answer soon!

I think The Prototype will fully appear near the end of the game, but who knows? 🤷
On the ground in the teaser there are 3 different toys. Huggy and Mommy were already in the previous chapters. So, Bron will most likely be in Chapter 3.

My theory is, I think in Poppy Playtime "chapter 3" We probably will have to try identify or pretend as if we're one of the toys that's in playcare, so it's probably why we see the "gas mask" so in my opinion, I think we have to put the gas mask on? (Just like in FNAF 2) so we can blend in with the other toys and don't get killed for what's to come for us later in the chapter.
I like your theory and I think it'll help go around the factory easier because the other toys might think we are a toy too.

From what it sounds like, I agree with the statement that Ludwig had good intentions at the beginning, but I listened to the trailer myself and it didn't just sound like kids screaming cause you know it would be a bunch of high pitched screams if it would be kids. What if half of your predictions where correct but instead of gassing the play place, they accidentally gassed the employees and too cover it they made the toys that are scattered in the ground with blood around them. But all will tell in due time
I loved this, it was so creepy. The way the excitement turns to screaming children.... Playcare must have been a truly horrible place. Also that gas mask thing looks terrifying. What kind if toy is it supposed to be? It doesn't look like a toy to me, except for the colours.
it reminds me of the gas masks that were meant for use during ww2 (I think) in Disney land/world. made to look happy as to not scare the kids
Maybe you need the mask for that red gas on the thumbnail or maybe even that gas mask emits those gases. I don't really know

What if it was someone who was supposed to take care of the children and watch over them? Maybe he used to give them brutal punishments for misbehaving. It may have been a robot.
Or, the scientist who took over after Elliot wore this gas mask.

It's possible that when elliot opened the playcare the children walked in they see Daisy which made them scream this explains why daisy was rejected which expains the rejection note. Edit: cant wait for gameplay trailer!!!
I love the transition and/or how the cheering and clapping managed to mask the screams of the children! An auditory masterpiece, if I say so myself.

I think the gas mask is going to be a key item in progression, like there will be areas you can’t access because of gas, and you’ll have to return to them once you do have the gas mask. I don’t know how further the gas mask mechanic will go, but it sure would be enough to affect gameplay significantly

I'm hoping it's actually Bron's head and that he has an even scarier face beneath it when he's unmasked.

If you look at the red mist I think it's likely a poppy flower gas, if you think about it it's likely obvious it's leading some thing interesting which could lead to a laboratory

Did anyone notice how Mommy long legs has her wait detatched? If there is a pattern (Even though huggy has no missing limbs we never see him die or anything hinting he's alive) Bron has only his head. What did we do to the rest of his body?

So, the way the Huggy Wuggy and Mommy Long Legs toys are positioned on the floor is very similar to how they were killed - Huggy fell and smacked his head off at least three things, so he'd look like that once he was done falling, while Mommy was torn in half by the grinding machine. Maybe it's a hint that Bron, if he is the next antagonist of chapter 3, will have to be decapitated at some point to be fully defeated?
Also, the gas mask made me think of those nightmare fuel gas masks that have Mickey Mouse themes on them, that I believe were made during WWII? It was supposed to make wearing them less frightening for kids, but I think it made it worse. I get that feeling because it's the same colors as the Grab Hands machine (red, yellow, and blue; couldn't see any green), so it's meant to be colorful and less frightening, but the skull-like humanoid features just make it creepier.
Maybe the Prototype is wearing it as a head/face?

When I saw this, a few things popped into my head. According to google, Playtime Co. was founded in 1930, about 9 years before WW2. I believe in this chapter we will see toys maybe from that period of time, hinted by the gas mask, which was used in WW2.
Also the red and yellow of the gas mask itself are interesting colours. Yellow usually represents warmth and hope and such, but can easily be twisted, a way of representing deciet, as well as sometimes representing warning. And red is representing danger, war and anger.
there's also blood splatter on the bottom of the mask in the thumbnail, which actually supports your WW2 theory
The coloring of the dino is the same as the mask too. Yellow 'cheeks' and a red head.

I also thought of the war. Playtime Co was open a while before the orphanage was, so maybe the kids are orphans after their parents died in WW2?
I believe that in the next chapter we'll discover more, not only about the children they experiment on, but also about the workers. Obviously, we will definitely see Kissy Missy again, but I have the feeling that we may find a couple of tapes with, either Mommy Long Legs when she was human, or with "footage" of one of the experiments 🤔 That would be a creepy touch.
We will also see buggy wuggy in chapter three because it is not confirmed that yet he is dead or not

Bron might have a special mechanic like looking the vents or holes at the ground. The gas mask might have a gimmick where you must enter certain area as the prototype gas a room. Daisy might be in the chapter as well for being a minor character for a opening chase or a friendly
I found it interesting how the red gas mask is shown right after Brons decapitated head. The big wide black openings for the eyes, the yellow filters, the red portion of the mask. It all looks SO MUCH like Bron! And yes if you do look Bron DOES have yellow cheeks. Like no joke go look back again.
My guess is it is gonna be Bron.

A eerie detail in the trailer is that the joy turned into screaming. I wonder if playcare was where the children were experimented on.
Ludwig definitely isn't the big bad of the story, he definitely seems like a great guy who only wants the best for the children.

I'm not sure if candy cat could be an ally, but the other 3 I certainly think could be.
I don't want there to be too many allies tho because that would kinda ruin the scariness of the game since you know you have a lot of allies that are friendly to you so maybe 1 or 2 allies are enough.

I also think Elliott could've been manipulated into it. Using orphans, I can believe someone may have had him believe if they merge the souls of orphans into toys the children would be loved forever. Maybe even using the loss of his daughter to push him further
Feel like the gas mask is going to be a mechanic. Like some areas have gas in them and you of course have to use the mask. Maybe you will need to change filters after they run out🤔. Maybe there is a limited time you can spend in the areas. Or maybe its infinite. Either way I'm hyped for chapter 3 and Mike's playthrough

Theory: Elliot came up with the orphanage, recently there had been some beef between him and his workers. The scientists saw the orphanage plan as an opportunity to enhance the toys. The workers all decided to eliminate Elliot and take over the factory. {This is piggybacking off of SuperHorrorBro's theory}
Judging from the gas mask, I have a suspicion that our character will probably be wearing that possibly,
the only animal that came to mind for the gas mask and the red gas all around it, is a skunk.
I assume that because we were never told about Mommy Long Legs in the First chapter,
that's just my own idea of it though

Did you consider that it might be Bron's face? The color scheme is pretty similar
that is not impossible that we will encounter new characters and toy in this new chapter, but i doupt about the skunk theory. i was proposing that the ain antagonist will be a mad scientist who will wear this mask (i tell the whole theory in my comment if you want).
When me and my sister, Chris saw the trailer, the new monster looked terrifying and I expected a jump scare. I also have a theory that this monster is actually a mix of a cart and a gas mask, which probably means that it will be fast. The reason I think that it’s a cart and mask, is because normally a mask would lay on the floor. The mask is standing, you can tell that because. There are toys laying down besides the mask which means, that it’s standing upright. Literally. Also please include my theory in a new theory video

Here's my completely blind guess based on the trailer
The gas mask will end up replacing Bron's head
The tiny Bron only is a head which many people in the comments have pointed out means he might end up beheaded, but I think the twist is that doesn't end up killing Bron. And Bron replaces his head with the gas mask as the area begins to fill with gas.
In lore it makes sense as if they gassed the toys either to make them or to keep them tame then something would have had to gone wrong in order for them to not gas them during the break out.
Thats a cool guess along with the fact that the face of the mask looks similar to that of bron’s

He said this "joke" without laughing to himself like he did the other jokes to imply his seriousness and creepiness. I like the idea that Bron's character is more like that he enjoys playing the "creepy clown" character where he pretends to be nice and friendly before suddenly attacking and killing people... which plays well with the theme that I want to see in Chapter 3, Trust. Basically in this chapter, I wouldn't be surprised that he's the kind of guy who loves to lie to people right before betraying them. His attacks and betrayals will be unexpected and silent, you won't see it and him coming until it's too late.
Another part of his personality is that any promises made to him are basically on a whim and he'll drop whenever he feels like it.
I think what would make Bron even more terrifying is that he moves alot faster than he looks and that him being slow was very deliberate on his part to catch you off guard. Like the first few chases was just him holding back until you get him angry for the final confrontation.
Well alright, I might as well put down all the cliff notes that I want to see in Chapter 3 as well that plays into the theme of Trust.
1. Cat Bee is an ally
2. Rich is turned into Sir Poopsalot and works with Cat Bee and is also an ally
3. Rich helps you in getting a new arm.
4. Both Cat Bee and Rich take care of the surviving kids turned toys
5. Cat Bee is actually the one that took Poppy because she was mad that she betrayed the player instead of letting them leave.
6. Cat Bee and Poppy has formed an uneasy alliance because of this.
7. Huggy Wuggy is still alive and after you.
8. Bron is the main villain and tries to get Cat Bee to betray you by threatening the kids while you're not here.
9. Bron is killed in a chase after Cat Bee stands up to him.
10. Cat Bee and Poppy become friends, but Cat Bee doesn't come with you because she needs to lead the kids.
I think that's all for now and everything I wanted to see in Chapter 3.
What about Daisy and Kissy Missy?
@@sarahsims6164 I think Kissy Missy might be a great addition when you get separated from Cat Bee if she's the main ally for this chapter or still be helping you in solving puzzles.
I think Daisy might be a good ally in the chapter after or this one, but she could be one that watches over the toys when Cat Bee and Rich are away and they tag team.
I doubt cat bee would kill bron but that's just thinking to much

I honestly think it’s going to go in a extremely dark direction to where the way they merge the toys with children being strapping the child down next to a toy they are bonded with having the researchers put on a mask, release a gas mixture with the poppy flower into the room and proceed to stab the children this explains the screaming and the mask
i think it;s only going to get darker as you said. I would like to see more on Experiment 1006 and the fifth person from the slides: I feel like it's going to eventually get uncovered. I'm mostly looking forward to the dark elements though, like the secret labs and experimentations to show how dark the company really was.
I just thought of a theory: could the prototype be Elliot ludgwig himself in an attempt to revive him but ended up becoming what he became? And the reason why he was hostile is due to disbelief in his workers and their twisted intentions and is attempting to set the souls of the children set free by destroying them and in order to do that hes building up himself with other toy parts
Edit: he could’ve also been looking for revenge to those who betrayed what he wanted to base playtime co upon meaning he might be our final antagonist in an attempt to end us (who might be one of the higher ranks) once and for all

here's a good theory, i think... what if the prototype hand, thing was the claw of a claw machine, you know, the glass box you see in an arcade. and it's job was probably to give out toys to the children who didn't have or get one. but when it found out about what playtime co. was doing to the kids, it lost it's marbles and mascaraed most of the staff, therefore causing the disaster that put playtime co. out of business

my theory for chapter three is the flower character is going to be the main villain for the chapter since we saw them on the "playcare" sign at the end of chapter 2. i also think they are going to have some sort of calming gas feature, something used to keep the children from getting out of hand in the playcare when it was still running, and we need the gas mask to stop it from slowing us or potentially knocking us out as a game over
The gas mask also has Bron's color-scheme, too! Interested.

I did. Makes me even more uncomfortable than the fact of it being a gas mask...
I could see Bron having a "weeping angel" type of mechanic. Only moves when you're not looking
The gas mask could also just be for colouring because if you work with paint in like toy factorys you need to be protected by the paint to not inhale it or get it in the eyes

Technically it's the higher ups that made the dumb decisions, the devs make the game.
You can still enjoy a game while disliking the company itself for its actions.

One thing that I noticed was the toy version of mommy long legs was cut in half representing how she died. Bron on the other hand is decapitated. This could be how he dies in chapter 3
