If a Law-Enforcement officer wrongfully accuses someone of breaking the law, of course that person will "confront" that made up scenario, hence the "confrontational" part. If Jason had Not been confrontational, he would have sort of confirmed that the accusations were correct.

Yes he is but the issue still remains that cops don't know the law, carry a gun and investigate using their ego instead of using facts. Then they move on to detective. Paid more to play the same game, gaming the people. I had a detective tell me my jewelery is "probably" melted down instead of retrieving it after the thief confessed on video and the pawn shop was the one reporting the theft. One big circle j leaving the victim out in the cold. If that's not enough the juge told me he couldn't do anything because he had to abide by the agreement the prosicutor

But, I like the fact that they are helping people realize the absurdity of being so weirded out by individuals filming them in public as opposed to being filmed constantly by businesses and government agencies 24/7. At least they can see and talk to the one behind the individual's camera. Not so much with all the footage captured by the NSA, Google, FB, etc. who treat you like a product in who knows how many ways.

EXCELLENT video. This is the exact way an audit should go. The biggest takeaway is to not allow the police to gain traction by controlling the narrative. If other auditors are watching, this is the standard. Do not follow the cops lead. Great job as always!

The term used to describe the tactic is "gaslighting". In that position I would have said " hey, don't you gaslight me". Then I would have proceeded to gaslight the bald effwit by repeating those words right back to IT. "So why are you being so aggressive and confrontational"? And I would have continued the gaslight until I crushed the bald effwit into the turf.

When you bring that up they say it's different, it's for security and doesn't get posted anywhere. What they don't understand is that anyone can get a copy of that footage through open records. I bet that would freak them out even more.
First of all, why has the post office not been privatized with citizen oversight. We pay an average of $165,000.00 per employee per year with terrible service. They should be 100% compsated on performance and open to serve the public without self-righteous and self entitled people working for them.

Amagansett has the most mic drop moments of any auditor out there, period. That doesn't make him the best 1A auditor, but he's def the most entertaining. Long Island actually does followups on arrests and settlements. Amagansett does not. LIA is less for entertainment and truly about enacting change, whereas Amagansett has surely made a difference but he doesn't put himself out there like LIA does. Not even close.
