New CV Axle Shaft from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1AAC...
A CV axle has flexible joints. Often, these joints wear out, or seize from contaminants due to the protective boot tearing open. A worn joint is prone to breakage, or other hazards. If your vehicle needs a new CV axle, install a quality TRQ axle that is engineered to your vehicle’s specifications. This video shows you how to install one in your 2004-2008 Acura TL.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:
    2004 Acura TL
    2005 Acura TL
    2006 Acura TL
    2007 Acura TL
    2008 Acura TL

Nice video if you didn't pay attention that the second Bolt on the splash guard broke off 😁 and they replace the rotors I guess that part was in a different video. Good job 💪

I need to replace my intermediate shaft, bearing is out, but no-one makes an aftermarket one. The OEM one is minimum $350 and just changing the bearing is a pain. Changing the bearing requires a press and $100 in parts, bearing plus seals, so only worth it if you have access to a good press. It's like the only car, along with the 03-07 V6 Accord that has the exact same part number, that doesn't have an aftermarket offering.

How often should these be replaced? I’m on original with 250k on the same TL. No leaks

As long as the frame wasn’t damaged bad it’s doable but just more expensive and more parts you’ll need

what happens when you have to torque the axle nut to 180ft# but the engine only outputs 150ft# of torque. haha Then you know you have a weak engine by design
