These poor Arsenal fans still don't understand how much a genius Klopp is. They just don't get it. You can see their bewilderment. Two youngsters just seemed on paper as utter madness but I think Klopp knew it was a gamble worth taking. Young and hungry to prove themselves in a big game like this and it worked. I think Arteta and his team were just as perplexed by it.

The two young players were fantastic! Bradley came on and made Martinelli look really poor tbh and Clark came on kept his shape which Gapko wasn't doing and Clark also did a brilliant tactical foul in Arsenals half which completely stopped a counter attack

Arsenal probably didn't think much of it but Klopp knew what they were about and was counting on their hunger to prove themselves on the big stage, plus they're young and energetic while the Arsenal players were tiring. Was an ace up his sleeve that paid off. Great seeing the Klopp era youth players coming through and showing what they're made of. I was worried we might struggle cos of the injuries and AFCON but think we're alright with players like Bradley to fill in.

This is the only way academy players will learn the game and at a high level. Bravo to Klopp for doing this. Proves that they are the future of the club and that he believes in them. Klopp was not taking the piss with Arsenal what so ever. They have to learn and take there chances when they can.

Klopp's methods are present throughout all age groups in our academy so he knows those young lads will come on and fit in to what he has the team do, arteta? Well he's tried to be clever bringing in a guy who failed at chelsea thinking of the plaudits he'll get if he turns him into a 20+ goals a season player

There were 10 youth academy players in the 20 man squad.
When Van Dijk, Matip, Robertson, Tsimikas, Szoboszlai, Salah, Endo, Thiago and Bajcetic are all unavailable, youth players (+ Gravenberch and Jota) were the only choice for the bench.
That's what top managers of top sides do: they utilize the squad. It's an aspect where Arteta and Howe have been shown up. They've run their top players (Saka, Guimaraes etc.) into the ground and it's only halfway through the season!
Klopp is everything Arteta is trying to be. No other manager in the PL makes them changes, trusts his squad and they all know their roles. He did a job tactically on Arteta in that 2nd half

I still think Arteta is a great manager but Klopp is just truly world class and one of the best managers in the world, we're so lucky to have him at our club. Arteta has that potential but Klopp just has more experience than him. Make no mistake tho Arteta has made Arsenal into a powerhouse again, just needs to keep learning and tweaking things to beat the likes of Klopp and Pep to major trophies.

As has been said, klopp is one the best managers in the world and fully knows every member of his squad. He takes risks with young players, but they're calculated risks and if any player makes it on the pitch, it's because he's seen their quality

Player of the season for a top League 1 side is nothing to sneeze at. You do not expect that kind of honor to go to a primary RB so young. Klopp I am sure was confident this "kid" knew how to defend and understood whether he had the pace to cope with Martinelli. Klopp has had opportunity to see Bradley match up against Diaz in practice, after all.

Every player at Liverpool at all levels from youth to first team play the same way. You put them into the team and they know what they're supposed to do, the other players can rely on them. So its not too unusual to see a youth player fitting straight in.

@@weddahZaraq33 Yup. When Klopp gets the tactics right, pulling a midfielder to slot in a defensive specialist both shores up the back and unleashes Trent to wander off and attack. Both the attack and defense improve, bonkers as that sounds.
Obviously there are counter tactics, but most managers are helpless implement the right changes in the face of Klopp's subs off the bench. Liverpool nearly always noticeably improves when Klopp makes a sub. Opposition teams more often look worse than look better, when they bring someone on.

I didn't even see the match😅😅. Next morning when is saw the score I am like 😅😅😅. Arsenal are that bad😅😅😅. Credit goes to the mentality of the players we have. Losing is not in their blood.
