You were right every time. I dont remember about the old man but every other one was on the money. Windbombing is one of my biggest hobbies, i hoard all the great elemental swords, shield surf all the time when i can because why not? I would love to see this turn into a miniseries

I don’t really hoard elemental weapons. The closest I come to it is that I hold onto electric weapons for when I want the be sadistic, which is about once every few hours

In non zelda games I forget that the shield exists in botw I just forget about shield surfing.
I have a 102 savage lynel crusher that I have had for the past 100+ hours. The only time i could bring myself to use it was when I fought monkmaz koshai for the first time

Haven't done the shield surfing one(basically only use my shield for surfing on sand seal cus it's unneeded durability loss since there's not many places to shield surf for longer than half a second), Haven't tried a btb(always looked too hard for me, but I did use BLSS on the birdman mini game to go from the tower all the way to Eventide Island for a record of 7551.7m & 100 rupees which you get for doing 600m or more), I do hoard my elemental weapons but for other reasons(mostly so I can change up my armor choices in certain environmental hazards so I can keep Majora's Mask on at all times cus enemies are annoying -_-)

The boss that was vulnerable to electricity is waterblight, so keep that electricity weapon for waterblight or that ice weapon for fireblight.
I’m still going to be playing botw when tears of the kingdom come out botw has this charm about it’s exploring just right like previous Zelda titles

FK yea, im in the 1%... Well accept the shield surfing thing. And for the BBB i have to say, i did it accidently. Was surfing down a hill and mid air saw some bokoblins, tried to draw my bow to shoot them and ended up duin a BBB, so i guess it dosent count.

All but the old man and elemental weapons is true. I hoard all my good stuff. I use my best stuff (and storyline items) as displays in my house. I use up the elementals on gold enemies as soon as I get them lol

I've never tried killing the old man but I have tried everything else. Except the speedeun trick I tried was the bomb impact launch

As a player
The shields were some of the almost useles to me
Ok we shield surf
But to actual protection almost not
Mostly because of 2 things
I preffer to dodge
And a lot of the weapons I use are the double hand weapons
As a result
I was always with the inventory full of shields and almost none of then break
Same thing with the fairies
I get the Mipha present first
The fairies were usefull tô revive against one Lynel in the entire game
After that I died and got revived by Mipha, and probably keep alive until it recharged
Oh
And I avoid to use fairies to cook
I dont even have a switch
Now I wanna try sheild surfing down death mountain

i have never tried to kill the old guy or have been careful about my weapon durability
I've done all of these things except for try to kill the Old Man. I knew he couldn't be killed, he's the tutorial character.

the only thing i didnt do here is the weapon hording, only because i didnt play for that long.

All of my weapons were high damage weapons and I almost never kept elemental weapons bc I didn’t understand them(pain) I usually saved my weapons for fighting Lynels but avoided bokoblin camps at all costs because evidently I was complete shit at fighting large amounts of enemies
