Not then you need to connect 9v battery Or adapter for power.

Usb just for Power the circuit you can remove after uploading coding than use adapter or battery for power...

Try to put perfect angle between servo and sanitizer nob and use high torque servo..

Because, the sound takes 29.154 microseconds to travel one centimetre.
