Today, many organizations are adopting the agile working system by focusing on their customers. Organizations are focusing on agile structures, processes and technological systems that will support behavioral expectations.
For these initiatives to be successfully executed and sustained within the organization, organizations must also focus on agile culture. As we emphasized in our previous Organizational Health insight, the collaboration of strategy and culture is an inevitable condition for sustainability.
On the other hand, according to the results of McKinsey's research on 'Challenges of agile transformation at the organizational level', 'Transformation in culture and ways of doing business' emerges as the biggest challenge with 76%.
As Dale Carnegie Turkey, we know that culture is a hidden power that sets the rules in every organization, but we also know the difficulty of transformation in the solution partnership projects we have carried out with global and local companies for many years.
In our 6th Organizational Health Insight titled 'The Road from Agile System to Agile Culture', which we held on June 27, 2024 at 15:30, we evaluated the keys to success in the roadmap of transformation to agile culture that will be in line with the strategies in organizations that have adopted and implemented the agile working system.
