    OMG! Who knew working out with a stability ball would make me sweat!! I did this work-out for the first time yesterday and it was amazing!! I've only use my stability ball for stretching, but with this video, you've given my stability ball new purpose! Thank You again for your FABULOUS work-outs!!     I've always had this stability ball in my basement and when I say always, I mean since I remember myself. I have never used it before though. I decided to use it for the first time in my life and this video helped me so much. It was a great workout. Thanks! I am going back to this video soon!
