After nearly two years after Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Parliament reaffirmed the need for the EU to stand united behind Kyiv in a debate with Council and the Commission representatives.
Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine on 24 February 2022. Since then, the EU has provided unprecedented political, military, humanitarian and financial support to Kyiv, as well as imposed crippling sanctions against Moscow.
