I remember buying the Peacetour DVD at Tower Records when it first came out, and I still have it.
Who's That Girl is originally a pure 80s electronic style hit, but when I first played this DVD I found it amazing how they modernized it for this 2000 performance. How it opens with the classy keyboarding then David's signature acoustic guitar made the audience wonder what this song is until Annie sings the familiar opening lyrics. ❤ Just love it!

This is about seeing someone you are with that you simply do not recognize. The truly great irony is that the other person you see as an unknown stranger is really just another version of yourself. The description of the stranger is that they are a very bad person and the person you care about should not be with that person that you love because, although you don't recognize that interloper, you know everything about the stranger who is sure to destroy the life of that person that you love. Listen again and feel the angst and emotion. It also implies that the person you are in love with brings out something in yourself that you know is bad and you don't recognize.
