Just because some losers sit around in co-op, something that has been happening since Demon Souls, doesn’t mean the game is more difficult. And I get it just don’t use those tools, but they still exist to be used in the game so you have to factor them into the difficulty.
Meanwhile, I was helping a newbie on Margit with my new char, and we lost just barely one time with like a sliver of hp left, but he ended up calling me again and we had an epic fight where we absolutely obliteratd Margit as I only got hit once lol
Reminds me of DS3 when some dude summoned me for Curserotted Greatwood, of all bosses. It's an easy fight for free runes, and I wanted to practice being a summon since it was my first game. He was obviously a noob too, since he sucked at spacing Phase 2 and kept getting grabbed and dying. Then we had a glitch where I couldn't even enter the arena and was stuck swinging wildly at the fog gate... Being resummoned for the fourth time and both of us immediately doing the "collapse in despair" emote at the same time was the most connected I've ever felt to a stranger I couldn't speak to. We beat the boss easy after that. Hopefully he got better at the game. I wonder if he also remembers the time he summoned Keanu Reaves to help him beat up a tree...
In DS2-3 I got so tired of getting summoned for boss fights where the host would die when I was just trying to get embered or get free souls that I thought "I don't care if all you do is literally run, your job is to not die" and I was glad if they did so, I can handle the boss. In Elden Ring it's different. Literally just yesterday I was putting my sign down for the swamp mansion boss (don't wanna spoil what it is) because I was struggling against him. First boss in the DLC so far that was giving me trouble so I was practicing this way against him so I could learn his moveset faster, and I land on this host *with a greatshield tank build* who summons only me and then proceeded to stay back the whole time. Meanwhile I'm struggling and idk how he can't freaking tell, but still he does nothing and eventually I ran out of flasks and he just let me die. Then ofc I see him die to the boss while dead before the session even ended. All you could've done is just walk forward with your greatshield and wait, stay safe, draw a grand total of 30 seconds of aggro. Apparently freaking not. I don't have as much incentive to "win" in Elden Ring co-op anymore because I don't feel I get as much out of it as in DS games. Now I just do it for fun, so yeah, if I run into players like these now, I leave. These guys piggy back on us then turn around and say "Malenia was easy"

that's simply not true
@seracris8357 I've helped countless ppl on bosses and yes it Is its either they sit back and do nothing or are in the bosses face and get hit all the time... just yesterday someone summoned me to do a lvl 1 +0 weapons run and they did nothing on the fire giant that i solod
@@Jman2021so in this explanation here you gave another example that contradicts with your original statement and you didn’t even bat an eye 😂😂 for the record I co op all the as well and there are maybe a handful of people like the video, so just stop with the empty exaggerations 😂😂
How many stats do you have to use all these different skills and weapons?
Pause the video on 1:16 on the right you see the stats
Here's the thing I'm not really good at fighting millennia either but I would at least definitely make an effort when other people are trying to help me out
When I summon, I make sure I’m on the front lines of the fight.
Can you show which build you played.
You mean this build? I played with black knife, maliketh's black blade, and death poker as my main weapons.
Stats are all 80 except vigor that was 98.
If he is bad at fighting with her
And he knows that if he will help you, he probably just die
He is just don’t want to risk
I can understand that
Cuck
You helped him tho
That's what you think. He summoned me 3 more times after this for Malenia.💀
is this new game +? jesus christ, the level is absolutely insane. tbh, it's kind of a bummer when you summon someone and they are so massively overleveled that they make the fight a complete joke. this is what probably happened here. not gonna lie, summoning someone like this feels even worse than being stuck on a boss for a few days. you could argue that he summoned people so he simply wants to win. and you would be correct in most cases. still, that was so anticlimactic. once i had a summoned guy setting up comet azure. i disconnected instantly. don't rob me from my bossfight with your unnecessarily overleveled builds lmao. you probably think it's a nice thing to do to help other players. but it's really just not fun for the host.
“I’m gonna cry that the mage I summoned is using an in game spell and doing mage things to help me fight a boss im too lazy to learn how to beat”
-you
What in the fuck are you… What’s happening up there for you? I don’t even know where to start my guy
Ok, while I agree that it sucks to have your boss nuked, you could have maybe... not summoned? I had a dude Azur Comet my first run's Morgott and decided to take on all shardbearers solo after that, on a different character
he was lying there because you and the other cooper were doing so good, but you had to be a little snorter and leave.
You are hilarious dude.
@@ultimatelegend8306 thanks I was not trying, just saying stuff n shi
@@Anyammis.That's fine dude. We all need to get a laugh out every once a while.
Right from the start the host kept weaving in and out without trying to land a single hit. Then ran to the fog wall and laid down. Was probably hoping the summons wouldn't notice that they're fighting alone. Completely maidenless behavior.
