BEEF BEHARI KABAB ROLL PARATHA
INGREDIENTS
Beef Undercut-thin slices - 500 grams ( پتلے کٹے ہوئےپسندے)
Papaya paste - 2 tbsp ( پپیتا )
Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp (کٹی ہوئی مرچ)
Salt - 1/2 tsp (نمک)
Kashmiri red chilli - 1 tsp (کشمیری لال مرچ)
Roasted Gram - 1 tbsp (بھنے چنے)
Fried Onion - 3 tbsp (تلی ہوئی پیاز)
Garlic & Ginger Paste - 1 tbsp each
(لہسن ادرک پیسٹ)
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp (گرم مصالحہ)
Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp (ثابت دھنیہ)
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp (ثابت ذیرہ)
Green Cardamom - 3 -4 (سبز الائچی)
Nutmeg - 1/2 piece (جائفل)
Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp (لیموں کا جوس)
Mustard Oil - 1/4 cup (سرسوں کا تیل)
Yogurt - 1 cup (دہی پانی نکال کے)
INSTRUCTIONS
Grind all whole spices
pound with hammer
Add all other ingredients and mix with hand
Add it on the sticks and marinate for 5 - 6 hours
Heat up Mustard Oil & add Behari Kabab
Cook for 15 minutes on low to medium flame
Change the sides and cook again up to 15 minutes
Now smoke Behari kabab with charcoal
Behari Kabab Paratha
Ingredients
All Purpose Flour - 2 cups ( میدہ )
Samolina - 3 tbsp ( سوجی )
Salt - 1/2 tsp ( نمک )
Ghee - 3 tbsp ( گھی )
Loak Warm Water - 1 cup ( نیم گرم پانی )
Instructions
Add All Ingredients and prepare the dough
Add Some Oil and cover it.
Leave it for 15 minutes
Once the dough is ready make the Paratha
Fry on the fry pan
Chutney Sauce Ingredients
Tamarind pulp - 1/2 cup (املی کا گودا)
Mint - 2 tbsp (پودینہ)
Coriander - 4 tbsp (دھنیہ)
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp (ذیرہ)
Red Chilli whole - 3 -4 (ثابت لال مرچ)
Salt - 1/2 tsp (نمک)
Sugar - 1 tbsp (چینی)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients and blend
Chutney Sauce is ready
