    LAHORI CHOLAY
    _______________
    Ingredients
    -------------
    1. White chickpeas = 1/2 kg
    2. Baking soda for boiling = 1 tsp
    3. Slat = 1/2 tsp
    4. Baking soda for cooking = 1/4 tsp

    Instruction
    ------------
    ⁃ in a bowl add chickpeas , water and backing soda
    ⁃ soak overnight or for 6 hours
    ⁃ Then wash the chickpeas
    ⁃ in a pan add chickpeas, 2 litres of water and salt
    ⁃ add baking soda and bring it to a boil
    ⁃ Then remove the layer of bubble
    ⁃ Cook on slow flame and cover half of the pot using a lid cook for 40-45 minutes
    ⁃ Cook until 90% but there should be at least 2 cups of water

    Ingredients
    ------------
    1. Chicken cubes = 2
    2. Sliced onions = 2 medium size
    3. Boiled potato = 1
    4. Boiled chickpeas = 2 tbsp
    5. Green chilli chopped = 1 tbsp
    6. Ghee = 1 cup
    7. Jaifal + jawatri powder = 1/4 tsp
    8. Salt to taste
    9. Milk = 1/2 cup
    10. Crushed black pepper = 1 tsp
    11. Chilli flakes = 1tbsp
    12. Coriander powder = 1tsp
    13. Garam masala powder = 1 tsp
    14. Cumin powder = 1 tsp
    15. Turmeric powder = 1/2 tsp
    16. Garlic paste = 1 tbsp
    17. Ginger paste = 1 tbsp
    18. Yogurt = 4 to 5

    Instructions
    ---------------
    ⁃ In a blender add boiled potato, boiled chickpeas and half cup water. Then Blend and keep aside
    ⁃ In a pan add ghee and onions cook until onion is golden brown
    ⁃ add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minutes
    ⁃ add green chilli, chicken cube, chilli flakes, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and add half cup of water. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes
    ⁃ Add water 2 to 3 times
    ⁃ then cover the lid for 2 minutes
    ⁃ Then add milk and cook for 5 minutes
    ⁃ add potato mixture
    ⁃ cook for 2-3 minutes
    ⁃ Add yoghurt
    ⁃ cook until the ghee is separated
    ⁃ In the chickpeas add the gravy
    ⁃ Mix
    ⁃ in the last add black pepper and salt to taste
    ⁃ cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes

    -------------------
    1. Ghee =2 to 3 tbsp
    2. Kashmiri red chilli powder = 1 tbs
    3. Water = 2 to 3 tbsp

    Instructions
    -------------
    ⁃ In a pan add ghee, kashmiri red chilli powder cook for 1 minute on slow flame
    ⁃ then add 3 to 4 tbsp of water and cook for 1 minutes
    ⁃ in the chickpeas add tarka and mix
    Enjoy with naan
