  • Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are designed to eliminate cancer cells, by judiciously combining the effectiveness of chemotherapeutic agents with the specificity of monoclonal antibody immunotherapy.
The development of efficient 𝘪𝘯 𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘳𝘰 methods to measure the toxic effects of ADCs on cancer cells is vital for accelerating drug development pipelines.
In this webinar, we demonstrate the use of high-throughput cytometry in assessing the efficacy of ADCs which target the HER2 protein on cancer cells. The effectiveness of these ADCs was explored using traditional 2D monolayer cultures and intricate 3D tumor spheroids that better mimic the body's tumor environment.
