Try it. Right after I posted this video I noticed the same link now has a $100 off coupon on Amazon US.
while I love it when I can find great products for 1/10th the price, ergo chairs are one of those products where you get what you pay for. extra $ often translates to more engineering, higher quality materials & more durability (ie. chairs that will last 10+ yrs & still be comfortable & look decent!)
again, I've been successful finding that needle in the haystack of a company for other consumer products but they sure are far in between! (and good luck trying to replace yr favorite product 10+ years later if u lose it or is just worn. $ sometimes also goes towards helping the company stay afloat thru difficult times like the pandemic or crappy economy!)

So I got this chair a few weeks ago, but the lumbar support was killing me and I had to take it off , It was digging into my back a bit too much. But, ikd if I just had an incorrect configuration (althou I tried many) and since This is my first ergonomic chair Idk how much blame is on me, the chair or just the shape of my back, I feel like im missing out in the lumbar support feature, is there anything else I can do?. Any help from anyone is apreciated. Im 175cm (5"9) if that helps.

Hey, the chair has been out of stock for like 2 months now. And also got to know that Sihoo doesn't even have customer support in India. A lot of people are having issues with them in the amazon reviews. Have you faced any problems with the chair or their service?
So far the chair has been fine. They replied quite actively on Amazon messages when I enquired about how they'll give their support.

Yes you can lock. It might be just slightly free but not a major issue.
I am a tall person, I am 1.98 meters tall... could the chair be too small for the head support?
Yes it'd be small for head support.

I am not informed well about all the variants. But I guess some variations have different wheels etc. For headrest both the chairs might give you the same response. I'd choose M18 over it as a personal choice though.
How soft is the arm rest?? Does your elbow hurt if it is rested on the arm rest for a long time?
It's not hard. It's a little towards the softer side. But not as if it's made up of cushion. My arm on it feels well rested after a good period.
Is it still going good? I have cervical issue, will my head rest while working on laptop in upright position?
The chair is going well. But head position will vary for different heights. Can't comment on that.

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to adjust the height of the chair?
There's a knob under the seat. I've shown in the video.
Funny they changed the base of this chair now. Got mine today for 7500 and each of the 5 legs now come separate and need to be screwed in to the base.

New base is useless as cylinder almost touch ground.. Which reduces the chair height..

Any problem with that chair? I don't think you'll be able to replace it with this is you bought from Amazon. It'll be very hard.
@@MrMuBot Actually just some rusted Bolts but anyways metal base won't count much to me so staying with Jupiter Go as it has good ajustable Headrest which fits me but , Excellent Review !

The chair's seat height is good. The headrest would be off-putting though for 6,1.

I'd chose the M18 just for the aluminium alloy base and class 4 gas lift. Don't care much about 'unwanted' features.

I couldn’t agree with you more. They copy the same generic design. From wakefit to Greensoul. Looks like Sihoo is the only original design among these.
I was honestly surprised to see them here. They sell the same skus in the EU and US.
Anyone know how to remove lumber support
Written by someone on Amazon reviews: "I was able to remove the lumbar support by unscrewing the silver cap and the little screw in there. Then twisting the lumbar out of place carefully so as to not damage the mesh."

You didn't mention the max height it can go, as my desk is a bit higher than usual.
The seat can go up to 19 inches.
