@@raiinyy776 from PERSONAL experience, my last ex did this all the time. come to find out, he was broke... and he was mostly broke because he was spending all his money on a video game. its not a bad thing to call out if something is expensive by means of it not being worth the value its being sold for, but if he talks about just any and everything being expensive, he probably has some financial issues or some kind. its hard to explain/describe, but if he does it CONSTANTLY, then it is an issue.

Being too clingy is one of my red flags as well. I feel like personal space is really important in a relationship or if you’re in a talking stage. It gives you and your partner time to miss each other.
It depends. My husband seemed clingy but he was just serious and intentional about making me his wife. I know dating now is alot harder than 15 years ago but don't write off all men too soon 🤗

A judgy guy many times, sadly has had past issues with abuse or he may have ‘standards’.
- A man that is overly attached to his mom and relies on her to do basic things for him
- A man that needs to be touching/kissing you all the fucking time, like can't we just talk?
- A man that doesn't even notice you are uncomfortable in a situation if you don't voice it.
Somebody on tiktok said she doesn't talk otp/text men every day who she's "just dating" because it creates a level of emotional intimacy for her that is unsustainable esp. if they never get together. And that clicked for me. I cannot invest 3-5 hours of my day (outside of an actual date) with you and not get caught up emotionally. So my rule is when it's time to be official, you can get my time.
When they're clingy texting and calling every time and very fast in the beginning, they ghost and disappear very fast

But people are different. Some people are more extroverted and emotionally aware. There is someone for everyone and one theory is hard to apply to so many different personalities. This idea makes sense but how do you build with anyone emotionally or decide who deserves your time if you don't put in any to make it grow for future steps? There just has to be a balance depending on if your personality seems to match theirs. Especially because first dates are a bit awkward and it takes investigation to decide if the next dates are feasible.
Long but my opinion on this. I'm 30 and dating was hard when I was overthinking it. Now I'm going to be married because I found someone online, didn't overthink, and once I understood our personalities matched and our conversation styles did (which doesn't take too long) , I put in the effort and fell in love❤

I think men in their 30s are just not dating to date, they’re dating to marry. They’re more experienced, further along in life etc… So they’re gonna take it more serious than someone in their 20. That said, like you said love bombing and moving too fast is still very much a thing.. so of course vet them out properly. Love this video, beautiful as always ♥️

Best advice I got very early give a relationship 3 months to figure out whether on not you want to be with each other if they not sure at the end then move on to the next and most of all let God guide your heart and the right relationship will happen

Be careful because I think your beauty scares men that's what causes the control narcissist issues.. they think your to good for them so they try to reverse the embarrassment.. it's crazy but being beautiful is not safe with men especially if you got seductive sex appeal they'll usually move fast and crash everything so just get a long distance relationship and slowly make it official.
I am so happy to be out of the dating scene. I've been on so many dates that it no longer gave me anxiety nor was it something that was really something to look forward to. For reference, where I live, there are an abundance of single people as well. But I never had the same mindset of wanting someone who wanted nothing to do with me unless we were together. My fiance and I moved extremely quickly and two years flew by in a blink of an eye. Maybe the mindset you're talking about is for people who would like more casual dating? Like I know for a fact I'd be devastated talking to someone for a year before it became official. I understand it's different strokes for different folks though
I think when you meet the right person, even if you’re moving fast, it’ll feel right. But if they’re moving fast and you think it’s questionable trust your gut! Also I think it’s less awkward when you save all the questions for face to face because if you know everything before the date it’s like taking the mystique and fun away. (Side note: I’m gonna test Angel share next time I’m in Sephora)

When dating, I look for guys who I talk with most of the days, mixtures of calls and text. It is not everyone’s thing, but someone who can easily go over half a week shows me lack of effort or that he is trying to keep up with a roster. When we are in some form of routine of communication, instead of that here & there method, I am more comfortable making plans to see them in my free time because I feel like that is someone who is not only highly responsive when they think they’re going to see me, that they still care to know me on days we both work.

Loved this video and learnt a lot from what you had to share... also loved seeing your personality a bit more. can totally relate with your experience of dating 30+ year old men, been in two relationships with these older men and they definitely rushed things and were somewhat controlling, like I had minimal authority in the relationship. considering these relationships didn't last I'm definitely putting more caution on older guys. Right now, I unfortunately result to online dating cause I never meet anyone while I'm out and about and we typically meet up at a park or something so it's super casual, which I don't mind, that's one less thing to stress about when we're both dressed down but I'm starting to miss a nice date night out with a little more effort. I just turned 37 though and I recently lost about 20lbs with another 30 or so to go so I'm admittedly self conscious about dating while I'm trying to lose weight. Since a lot of men online are all about the healthy lifestyle and gym life with a bunch of pics and/or vids of them lifting, it sometimes feel like the physical is the most important thing so I will typically swipe left on those shirtless gym bro profiles in hopes of someone who highlights other hobbies they enjoy that I find interesting or enjoy myself like riding horses or tinkering with their jeep or car. Hopefully, I can meet someone more organically soon🤞🏾🤞🏾

she didn't explain why, but gworls, never let a man pick you up for a first date cuz you don't know him. PERIOD. Plain and simple. He could seem like a nice guy over text or whatever, but he could end up kidnapping you, or taking you to his house or just somewhere where you might not feel comfortable, because he might have ulterior motives (I know that sounded very intense, but it's VERY possible). He is driving, in HIS car, meaning HE has the power in that situation (another reason why if you do end up having a man pick you up on a first date, just take a few seconds to make sure the child lock on ur door isn't on, incase you need to jump out if he's being weird)

Tbh, I (respectfully) disagree with what you said about ghosting a guy who was giving weird/crazy vibes after a date. I feel like at least tell them you don't want to see them again because they made you uncomfortable, or they were rude or whatever the reason or reasons were, because when they start realising that they're getting older and no one wants to love them because they have such horrible attitudes, at least they will realise some of the reasons why if they remember why previous dates had decided to call it quits. Cuz at least when they FINALLY decide to sit down and re-evaluate themselves and try to make themselves better men, then they'll know some of the things they must work on, as previous dates had let them know, instead of just ghosting and not giving a reason, which is also kinda valid, but I feel like explaining is better (even though they should know already lol)
