@@Guardsman66 you can definitely do that. Just requires some kitbashing. But I think I know what you mean. Would be great if they add some sprues for extra customisation.
@@DaRedGobbo The minis in all of these. Type games are ETB with little to no options for nonhobbists to snap together and play. GW gets more miliage from the old Blackstone/firststrike minis.
true but at the same time I get it's not viable to make 4 new molds for 4 minis that are, relatively speaking, for a niche specialist game
Would have been nice to get the Zealot since I really like the default design
All characters in the game are based on some tabletop model already, so, guess, no new minis for this one.

I like the idea, but I'm really disappointed that they're using old models that don't even look like the team from the trailers. But I don't think you can expect anything like the Warhammer Quest games anyway.

For real, it would've been great to at least get some custom Moebian 6th models, or upgrade kits for standard guard.

GW managed to release a version of Darktide you can play solo before FatShark did.
Why would you want to play solo?
@@HalfLife205 Many players you encounter in lower difficulties are either trolling or just don't know what they are doing. If one is constantly dying on damnation/auric but the heresy runs are a total mess as well i can see why one wants to play solo. The way the events/minigames work, doing them with bots would be pure pain though imo. These are just my 2 cents as to why one would want to play solo. Also theres a solo play and true solo mod so...
I would also want a story-mode which I've understood doesn't exist at the moment!

A pity, if they were brand new miniatures from the game itself, I might consider giving it a go. There are pretty nice looking models in game.

This is cool, don't get me wrong. I love darktide.
But sculpts made dedicated to the game would've been awesome like the ogryn. There used to be an old OOP metal ogryn that looked JUST like the ones in darktide, would've been neat to have seen those in plastic, instead of existing sculpts. Like maybe an upgrade spruce?
Moebian 6th would look AWESOME for traitor guard! Especially those helmets

Thought that was what Necromunda is? Never played it, so I don't know!
Nah, definitely: Necromunda is a rpg-lite skirmish game, Underworld is more accurately a competitive boardgame

When I simulate Darktide on the tabletop, I've just been playing Gellerpox Infected vs Kasrkin in Kill Team. That being said, this is a major upgrade. I hope this expands beyond the base Darktide game and becomes 40k’s equivalent to Underworlds!
