Being fed up is not a bad thing, it is the very thing that gives people drive and motivation to work towards something different. I have been wfh since 2020 and my boss makes a point every chance he gets how much he really doesn't like it, but guess what he can't say I am less productive at home than in the office. Some of these jobs know they can easily make the transition to have people work from home but won't because in their BOSS minds they picture us napping, wine sipping and getting quickies on the clock or something, cause I tell you, I work outside of office hours and it doesn't pay to do that but it makes me more efficient, I tell you one thing I know I ain't doing...and that is taking my ass back in that office. I will find another gig before I do because it has been proven for years it can be done. So complain "if it can be called such" manifestation works the same way as far as I am concerned, you got to be uncomfortable in order to see changes. Some of us aren't. uncomfortable enough.
