At last we are rivaling the Aussies with quality videos and content. You, Ed Bath, Kristoff and Ryan are doing a great job. You might have stumbled across the reason why us overlanders do what we do: " we argue up here, all of us". Hilarious but true. Well done.
@My Life in Africa hi..thanks for the content..can you share the location of that spot in the mountain...would like to do 1night out there but have no how to get there
Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. What an amazing and brave video to make. I have done this in remote Limpopo area but with 3 other Jimny’s. It’s off the charts to do this type of travelling. From a fellow camper/Overlander. Cheers.
Love this video of yours. I couldn't help thinking that going through the water while leaving the farm must have brought back memories of Botswana when you drowned the Fortuner. Epic video.
I accompanied you in this video, thank you I wish I was there. I love safari trips, but the working conditions do not allow such trips, but it is enough that we travel with you everywhere.. Thank you
Rainy season in the Cape brings a lot of water and this one has been a good one to be honest! You should see the wild flowers at the moment as well, they're out of this world this year...
Nice one!! Ps you realy need to get yourself an earo press coffie press ..that instant koffie gives me the heeby geebies, more so then an open fire next to fyn bos at a "not allowed"wild camp LOL some people do have a lot on there minds And need to get out more!
hahahahaha Werner, i am an instant coffee fan, i do not like cold coffee, aero press coffee by the time it is ready is cold, i like things fast and effective, so i effectively want coffee fast, which instant gives me hahaha, what, wild camp, where, who did that :-p
@@MyLifeinAfrica I will definitely give it a try. The donkey loves the dunes. Who makes that folding braai you use? Looks very clever. Fantastic episode by the way, thoroughly enjoyed it.
Donkey is definitely a fan of the dunes for sure! The fold out braai sadly I bought in Australia, I'll look up the name for you and send it through. Quick Pitch make one as well called a Quick Barb pretty awesome, also folds away flat for packing...
@@MyLifeinAfrica Where can I check out Hannes's vehicle, I want to start looking at what to do with the 79 when it falls from the sky, maybe do 'n series on the build??
The fire was kept in the braai without flame and put completely out once finished. Quite the opposite, how I camp and what I represent gives us a good name...pel
One spark is all it takes in fynbos , did you know how many houses burned down a few months back , what will happened if your viewers will follow you and make a fire there. Think pel buy the way one of the houses down there in Bettys Bay is mine. you represent the wrong message bad you tube video.
Let me widen your knowledge , fynbos do not need an open flame to burn dew to the oil in it. Rather tell your viewers not to make a open fire in a non designated campsite where you are in the first place not allowed to camp according to Overberg Municipality then to defend your wrong actions.

Takes balls to camp there on your ace can see you sipping that frosty checking it out 😂
I mean camping alone is never easy, certainly not wild camping on SA with the "expected" risk factor...
Nice. Very nice. Is beutiful country. Nice video!!👍💪😎
It really is a beautiful country, so much diversity...
Very well said Jo

Me, by the time you have pressed, waited for it to settle, then poured it is cold hahahaha 😂😂😂
@@MyLifeinAfrica neeee boet i realy have to teach you how to make coffee in the bush...wink wink!
Well... I'll make coffee, have coffee and while I'm drinking mind watch you teaching me the aero way 😂🤣😂🤣
Man that sandwich looks tasty.😋
What did you put on it?
Wow that 79 pickup is kitted very nicely. Not your standard setup.
Hahaha, steak, micro herbs, mayo, chilli, tabasco, onion and tomato 🤟🏻

Hi
The awning is this the bat or manta, I want to fit this to my 76 land cruiser
Hi Morris, this is the Quick Pitch Weather Shade Awning 😎🤟🏻
Any future plans to tour Namibia?
We should have at least one next year for sure, but numbers will be limited...
lekker bravna
shot dude!!! 🤙🏻
How do you find the awning, worth the money
Totally worth it, I literally use it all the time because it's so easy to pull out and pack away. It stands up to the wind and rain which is a win...
Hey man. How much for the 'my life in Africa' caps, beanies, hoodie e.t.c
we're opening up a shop soon where you can buy the products, before December...
@@MyLifeinAfrica I'm in Botswana. I've been following this channel since 2017. I really enjoy the videos.
EPIC, thank you for the support, please DM me on insta or Facebook!

You can not make a fire in the mountains of Bettys Bay with that wind are you mad bad program You give our 4x4 guys a bad name pel
