Worked in Guinness Dublin and loved every minute of it! Going in each day was like going into Willy Wonka and the chocolate factory! Left December 31 at 19.30 and felt "job well done"!

My father loved to share beer with me- his favorites were Bass, Guinness Stout, and towards the end of his life, Boulevard Bully Porter, started in Kansas City. I raise my Guinness and remember him.

What I like about Guinness additionally is that they constantly remind their customers to drink responsibly. Very important ✌🏼🖤🍺

The 'secret' ingredient in Guinness is the passion the employees feel for the product, the brand and ensuring that the customer gets a top quality pint every time......

As I currently drink a Guinness Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels, I wish I could smell that roasted barley 1:24

Fall and winter are for stouts. Guinness is pretty much the only beer I've been drinking, during these shorter day months.

What ever happened to Guinness Red. I had a session on it in a pub in Falkirk Scotland years ago and never heard of or seen it again. It was beautiful.

Both my parents worked for Guinness after the WW11. I swam for the Guinness club. I remember besides the smell of bleach, the smell of the roasted barley. Not only did it smell like an Irish pub, the atmosphere was warm and pleasant. Still after the War much was happening in Dublin, Ireland and the rest of the world. Both my parents were soldiers and wanted to work hard and were active in the Union. I believe Guinness's were business men and women who had no real time for nonsense but honest. The workers worked hard and in turn were treated well and were allowed to speak. Guinness's were respected due to it's historical background and social participation. I remember thinking if only all workers/staff in other organisations were treated the same.
I remember all too well the Guinness Handicap Sports which I thoroughly enjoyed. One big party of cream buns and eclairs.

    Beautiful.
Don't ever let the China get involved
    with your National Treasure.
    They would cheapen it,
    and disregard the Cultural Tradition
of one of Ireland's most precious gifts.
