Backpacking Campsite Near Eagle's Nest at Red River Gorge, KY

This is a video of our campsite along the trail to Eagle's Nest at Red River Gorge in Kentucky. Red River Gorge is a beautiful area with many trails for hiking and many designated and dispersed camping campsites. This video is a the campsite that we used on our last backpacking trip. We stayed out there for 2 nights and three days. This was the first backpacking trip that I took Sage (my dog) with us. Sage loved the freedom to roam around and she did a great job of staying near enough to us that I could whistle and she would come right back.
