- Bhutan contributes nothing to climate change, but is struggling with its consequences. Glaciers are melting, the monsoon rains come irregularly, drought and floods are destroying crops. But the country is fighting the water crisis with bold ideas.
दूर से देखिए या पास से. भूटान खूबसूरत दिखता है. पर यहां पानी का संकट ऐसा है, जिसकी गंभीरता करीब से देखकर ही समझ आती है. ग्लेशियर पिघल रहे हैं. बारिश का कोई पैटर्न नहीं है. कभी बाढ़ फसल खराब कर देती है, तो कभी सूखा. तो देखिए भूटान किन तरीकों से इस समस्या से निपट रहा है.
