UMVC3 - Phoenix Wright Double Ace Attorney (No TAC/No X-Factor)

- Months of research, theories, execution and good RNG for a combo that's less than a minute long.
And it was worth every single second.
Part of what seemed to be an endless struggle was to figure out how to fill the 3rd meter without using Steel Samurai Maya, in order to avoid building another meter. Due to how high HSD was at that point, this was impossible. So now the problem was figuring how to build that extra meter (And some more, because that still wasn't enough).
There was a second revision where I managed to get to 3 bars. Unfortunately the combo would drop in the 3rd to last hit, making me more frustrated as time went by. (Every single time I would attempt to add either Paperwork Storm or Break the Witness, since those build a ton of meter in Turnabout Mode, it would drop instantly as those specials don't have enough hitstun to secure a hard knockdown.)
And then one day I found a possible solution: The Photograph
Out of the 6 pieces of evidence, the photo seemed to be a good choice for a single reason: It builds the most meter.
But then I found something amazing that made a bit hopefull: The Photo is the only piece of evidence that has HARD KNOCKDOWN. So now the mission was to integrate the photo after I used Steel Samurai Maya. Luckily for me, the first Pursuit (f.H) has a set amount of hitstun that allowed me to combo into Photo Evidence at least once. The problem was the second Pursuit. If that didn't connect the second time, then it's back to the drawing board, meaning that I'll need to spend even more time.
But it worked.
It. Actually. Worked.
And then, after seeing how every single piece of the puzzle fit perfectly, I sit on my chair one more time to execute it from start to finish. And this was the result. It was 2am, and after 30 minutes of overwhelming joy I go bed. Finally.
It feels surreal to finally upload another UMVC3 video after years. I have a couple of clips that I only uploaded to my Twitter / thebrunozone but it's been a long time and those clips are buried deep into my timeline. Will I ever upload those into the channel? Probably not. But this one needed to be here without a doubt.

If people dont know, the evidence you collect is always random, and isn't always good evidence (isnt highlighted, can't use to turnabout). This combo would be complete luck getting the evidence needed for this combo/have good evidence to go into turnabout mode. Imagine how many times it took to get this video.

How did you cancel Maya into investigate? I'm guessing it's a tight plink or something, I believe I've heard of this before but I thought it was the Maya hyper and not her normal slide.
Calling Maya while gathering a piece of evidence at the same time is what's called "Plink evidence". You do a qcf. + atk followed by S. As the name suggests, the confirm is about 1-2 frames. As a side note, you can use any variation of Maya, provided that you're able to call her.

How long did it take to get the right rng for the evidence?
Well, considering it took months of preparation, I say that over half of my time was spent on just gathering the evidence. If a session was of 2 hours, then this part alone took like an hour and 20 or so minutes.
If I got hit with this I'd get a third trial for murder ong
