To make this for yourself you will need:
    ♡ 255g/9oz/1 cup unsalted butter
    ♡ 230g/8oz/1¾cups icing sugar
    ♡ 4 large egg yolks
    ♡ 465g/16¼oz/4⅔cups plain flour
    ♡ Pinch of salt
    ♡ Pink food colour amzn.to/1R7kVyr
    ♡ Egg white
    Equipment you will need:
    ♡ Mixing bowl
♡ Mixer - like my mixer? Get it here: amzn.to/1YR5YAu
    ♡ Cling film
    ♡ Baking sheet amzn.to/1YR70MK
    ♡ Baking paper
    ♡ Sharp knife
    ♡ Bunny cookie cutter amzn.to/1YR5HNX
    Method:
    1. Cream together the butter and icing sugar until smooth. Then add the egg yolks and a pinch of salt and mix. Next sift in the plain flour and mix just until it starts to come together. Then take half of the mixture out and add pink food colour to the remaining mixture and mix just until it is a smooth pink colour.
    2. Turn out the plain and pink dough separately onto a lightly floured work surface and bring together to form a ball. Wrap individually in cling film and chill for 1 hour.
    3. Once chilled roll out the pink dough to around 1 cm thickness and use the cookie cutter to cut out as many bunnies as you can. You can bring the off cuts together and reroll if you need to. Then stack the bunnies on top of each other, brushing on a little egg white to stick the bunnies together. Wrap in cling film and then chill for another hour.
    3. Use the plain dough to surround the bunnies by rolling small pieces of dough into sausage shapes and building up into cylinder shape. Roll the cylinder back and forth to smooth out the surface and chill for another hour.
    4. Once chilled slice the cylinder into 1cm thick cookies and place on a lined baking sheet and chill for a further 20 minutes.
    5. Once chilled bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 170°C fan/375°F for 10-15 minutes. When they start to turn golden you know they are done.
    6. When cool, use royal icing to pipe on the ears, face and belly.
    7. Enjoy with a good cup of tea in the afternoon.
